During my career, I had to travel between the countries and rent apartments in various places for a long-term stay. When I got to Luxembourg - I realized that offer here is a way low than demand, so agents and the owners decide whom to rent and whose offer to turn down.I was looking for various offers at the famous website in Luxembourg, found the one that fits my budget and dropped a line to an agent. Stéphanie, replied to me almost immediately, got additional information and scheduled the visit. She is very helpful in answering questions about the apartments and eager to help with all your requests. If you are in doubt which agent to work with - I can assure you, Stéphanie, is the one that would make your integration in Luxembourg as simple as possible. As a contractor, travelling between countries, I have rented many places and experienced services from many agents. All I can say about Stephanie, is that if you are looking for accommodation in Luxembourg, do not hesitate to call her as a first choice. Never have I experienced so much help from a complete stranger; especially an agent; normally it feels like they are just trying to make money, but Stephanie really goes the extra mile to exceed expectations.When I first arrived at Luxembourg, I had rented an apartment which, anyone trying to rent in Luxembourg will know that it isn't particularly easy to do - I was bringing my whole family including an 4 month old child and a cat. I found accommodation and had transferred over £10k in deposit to the agent, only to be told 3 days before arriving that I could not take the apartment as the owner had changed their mind about my cat. It was a stressful situation, but I found Stephanie online and phoned her and within 4 hours she had found me a new place, arranged with the owner and helped me to move the monies from the old agent to her. I couldn't believe how helpful she had been, and this was despite the fact she was telling me she was in meetings - I was very impressed.When we arrived at the apartment, she was super friendly and helpful and upon looking at my child, arranged immediately to have items screwed to the wall to prevent my son pulling large cabinets over. This was a really nice touch. She also arranged for an ironing board and other things, that turned up the very next day.But what impressed me most, was at the end of my stay, my removal company let me down and didn't show up (You could say I didn't have much luck this time!). I had already given the keys back, but not only did Stephanie help my family by letting me stay, actively helped me to find new removal men through her contacts. I have literally never met an agent that goes this far and beyond at the end of a letting - sure, companies try and get you in at the beginning, but they rarely help when they stand to make no money.I would wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie to anyone coming to Luxembourg; having been let down by other people, I can guarantee Stephanie will put you back on your feet.

Stéphanie est passionnée par son métier et transmet cet amour du travail bien fait à ses clients. De sa première visite de la maison à la signature devant le notaire, elle s'est occupée de tout pour que mon déménagement se déroule le plus sereinement possible. Grâce à une analyse précise du marché immobilier de ma région, elle a fixé le prix juste qui a entraîné 12 visites, 4 jours après la publication de l'annonce. 12 visites très bien sélectionnées qui ont permis la signature d'un compromis de vente, dès le 3e couple d'acheteurs (et 5 contre-visites) ! Que demander de plus ? Bref, Stéphanie est une véritable pro, qui donne un avis clair et objectif afin que votre vente se déroule à la perfection. Je la recommande à 2000 % !

What I appreciate about her is the clarity with which she approaches every opportunity. She stays in close contact with both the seller and the buyer, protecting in detail each party’ rights so that the result is a happy win/win. Nous sommes reconnaissants à notre ancienne locataire de nous avoir mis en relation avec Mme Gilmer pour la location de notre appartement. Après un mois à peine notre appartement était reloué et les dates de départ et d'entrée bien choisies nous ont évité des pertes de loyer. Toute la procédure de recherche de locatiare s'est bien déroulée, sans stress pour nous.
