After searching and discussing with several Immobilier agents, we were lucky enough to meet with Istra in Francois Grosso with whom we signed the deal. Serge and his assistant were special, the friendly charm and politeness attracted us, however, it was the feasibility study that Serge produced together with the survey engineering report filled us with confidence and trust. Their knowledge of the market, the advice they gave us and the explanation for every question we raised was both reassuring and comforting. The surprisingly short timeline that Serge promised to find a buyer was met on the dot. He promised the sale would be effected within a month and it was all in the good hands of the notair within ten days! Pity I’m not able to master every word in the language to express our gratitude for such service, knowledge and manners, except to say that they are better than the best.
