The girls (Jane and Stella) are fantastic fun, amiable, accomplished and helpful. It could have been a blood bath, buying in France from the USA. Instead they steered us expertly through every step, actually did a lot of the work for us. It was a very pleasant experience overall. Oh, and did I say: we bought this property sight unseen? We did and felt totally safe and looked after, all the way through. That says a lot.

Both companies have provided a very professional service and have been very responsive to all of the questions we have had during the sale of the property. Hayley Gilks also provided excellent after care by sorting out the sale of furniture within the house, whilst also arranging for all of the meter readings and closing down the utility services after the sale. We landed on our feet when we met Jane , a very lovely lady , she helped us from the first day and still helping us even it coming up to a year since we brought our house, a excellent services all the way through from viewing to after completion , being English and couldn’t speak French Jane was able to speak on our behalf as she is fluent in French and English which is a bonus for us English people, I would recommend Jane and her staff at Agence Thom to everyone
