The sale of our property was quite complicated and emotionally difficult. Not helped by covid travel restrictions and health issues causing delays, but the team at Agence Thom worked hard to get it completed. I feel they went above and beyond what I expected and were really helpful. They organised all sorts of appointments and things for me and even met with people when I was unable to. They were very supportive through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them

Execellent Sevice via Rachel Gallard from the beginning to the end! House marketed and sold within 1 week. Assisted throughout the selling process including the arrangement of all conformity checks, and the cancellation of electric, water and house taxes etc. Very highly recommended for a service that goes above and beyond what you would receive from any British Agency.

Les photos en 360 degrés sont incroyables en qualité et permettent de se projeter dans les murs après avoir passé la porte d’entrée comme si on y était ! We thoroughly recommend Agence Thom for a completely pain free sale of your French property, Jane Thom could not have been more helpful in sorting out our sale, dealt with unexpected issues that arose during the sale that we could not personally deal with ourselves being based in the UK, and being able to complete a sale without the need to even travel to France to sign paperwork in person was such an easy process.

Une agence qui n'a pas vraiment le sens du service et c'est bien dommage : le rythme est le leur, la façon de faire pour visiter est la leur, le planning est le leur.Très intéressé par un bien qui était proposé, on finit par abandonner sans même avoir pu visiter le bien (le comble).Je ne recommande pas au vu du manque de flexibilité et d'écoute envers les clients.
Agent immobilier qui force (4 relances) à la visite virtuelle, refusant de faire une visite réelle sans cela. Ne considère ni le souhait ni l'emploi du temps des acheteurs en les contraignants à la routine de l'agence, prétextant "c'est notre façon de faire". Conséquence: Nous avons renoncé au bien.

Suivi par Mme Lefrais, très investi pour nos recherches, ne compte pas ses heures, à l’écoute de nos attentes en therme de critères, très professionnel, elle sait ce que c’est d’acheter en étant jeune sans forcément avoir un gros budget..Pour l’agence : Malgré les papiers à remplir au début et les visites virtuelles presque "obligatoire" avant les visites réelles, cela reste une bonne agence

A very professional and organised company. We found our property through Val Aslett at Agence Thom. Buying a property during lockdown was a challenge but Val was very helpful before, during and after the purchase process . When we finally were able to visit the house we are delighted - Val had presented the property accurately in almost every detail.
We used two estates agents to market our house - Agence Thom and the local branch of a nationwide French company. The difference was enormous in terms of the photos and the particulars on their respective websites, and the in the efforts made to secure a sale. Agence Thom were exceptionally good and we can recommend them without hesitation.
My husband & I have recently purchased a property in Chailland after a 3 year search for a holiday home in the area. I cannot even begin to list the help and support offered during the complex conveyancing process, all new to us and quite daunting at times. However Jane patiently explained the buying process in detail, went through the pre sale, final contract, the transfer of services to our name etc etc. If you are looking for property in the area and need expert advice, you’d do well to speak to Jane and her team.
