Nous avons visité un bien avec Rachel Gallard de l'agence Thom il y a quelques mois et avons eu depuis plusieurs échanges téléphoniques avec elle. Nous n'avons finalement pas donné suite, mais pour avoir eu affaire à d'autres agents, je peux certifier que Madame Gallard est une pointure dans son métier et inspire la confiance : très bonne connaissance de ses biens, très carrée et la tête sur les épaules. Ça mérite d'être souligné.

What a fabulous service: response time, organisation, information share - by far the best we’ve come across in France. Superb. Ed was superb on the virtual tour too. His honesty was refreshing and exactly the right thing to do. When you’re buying a house you find all the flaws in the end before you sign up and either accept them or you don’t. Ed saved countless hours for everyone by being straight up. Brilliant.

I can't begin to explain how amazing my experience was with Stella Dinevics at Agence Thom. As an American, I was completely naive to the workings of the French real estate market. As soon as I met Stella, she began to explain the process, educate me about my rights and connect me with people who could assist with the process. Rachel our agent, who speaks excellent English, helped us through every stage of selling our French property from organising diagnostics though to completion with the Notaire. The agency was extremely responsive to all queries and answered any questions that we had.
