Dreadful service, emailed to make an appointment, 24 hours later chased up appointment only to be told they can see us in the afternoon the following week, when we specified in the email we could only view anytime in the morning. Yes we had read receipts for the emailed appointment requests!The woman who does the bookings is not in today, the woman who does the viewings said she does not know about the enquiry and can only has 1 time slot!You offered me appointments that did not fit into our timescale but to fit yours and as a customer I found your service totally unacceptable. We are free from 9-11am as we have another viewing At another property 3 hours drive away and have to leave at 11 latest.Your attitude was that we should change our plans to accommodate you! I do hope you inform the vendor as we were prepared to make an offer in that property as we are in France to buy 3 properties in total. Congratulations you have cost the vendor a sale! The booking was emailed to Leggett not French-property.As for hanging up, I was on a mobile in a poor reception area and I lost the signal.It’s a shame that you didn’t provide the prompt service required, compared to the ultra fast service in replying to your google review!Absolutely appalling company. AVOID.

Jane was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, she listened to our needs and requirements and helped us in so many ways. She went out of her way to answer all our questions and obtain quotes for necessary works needed on the property we were making an offer on. She was thorough and trustworthy and look forward to doing business with her in our future purchase.

Nous avons visité une maison en vente dans cette agence, que nous avons fini par acheté. Le service est irréprochable, la gérante et ses salariés sont hyper réactifs. La gérante, qui nous a fait la visite, est hyper disponible et concilliante et point bonus, c'est une personne extraordinaire !Nouveaux dans la région, nous avons eu besoin d'artisans rapidement pour estimer le montant des travaux dans la maison. La gérante nous a trouvé 3 artisans en moins d'une semaine, et quelques jours plus tard, le rdv était prévu ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé. Je recommande vivement !

Stella and Mark were absolutely amazing. They were so professional and helpful. They also put themselves out to allow me to visit a bouse, despite increasingly busy workloads. There was no pressure and from start to finish an amazing experience.

When I first bought the house Jane was most helpful, accommodating, friendly, etc However on selling it 6 years later I felt she was not so supportive and the sale dragged on and on over into the new year, paying out for various inspections as well along with some deed issues not detected when I first purchased the house. After Jane asked me to reduce my price I now have to pay all the taxes at the end of the year. For Sale April 2019 Sold March 2020

I bought a property that was for sale with Agence Thom. I cannot praise Jane Thom more highly. She and her agency have been so helpful and supportive despite having a number of issues with the sale, which resulted in the sale taking a lot longer to compete.J'ai acheté une propriété qui était à vendre avec l'Agence Thom. Je ne peux pas féliciter davantage Jane Thom. I recently viewed quite a number of properties in the area, with a number of different agencies including Agence Thom, who were by far the most professional and well organised. The information about the properties, including the photographs were pitched at the right level and were honest and matched our expectations. We are really interested in one property in particular and hope to view it again in the near future, but we have not felt like we are pushed into making any quick decisions, and feel that we can contact Agence Thom at any time for advice. What a pleasure to meet Jane yesterday and view some properties with her. It started with the Agence Thom Site - full of “need to know” information. Nearest airport, doctor, vet etc. then on viewing - every relevant detail shared and discussed. A wonderfully professional experience. What I really liked about Jane was her intuitive sense of what I was looking for...on a very small budget
