Très bonne expérience et agence sérieuse
On the positive side - we stayed a week to ski at Roc d'Enfer and found the place convenient for access to the goldola station, exceptionally clean and well-equipped. On the negative side - arriving late on the Saturday, the office was closed and no welcome pack in the apartment, which we didn't get until Monday, which was a shame. Also, it would have been useful to have two sets of keys, but we were only provided with one set.On the whole a good experience, which could have been excellent at no cost to the host, we would use again.Thank you
Chalet Lilou, St Jean d'Aulps: We enjoyed staying in this well-fitted, cosy chalet. We appreciated that there was an outside socket so it was possible to charge our electric car. The views down the valley were lovely - I had been expecting somewhere more in the town but this was not too far from the ski station.

Logement conforme aux photos , impeccable , lumineux , très bien équipé et décoré avec gout , très calme , vue exceptionnelle.Je recommande.Un petit bémol pas d'eau chaude avant le lendemain de notre arrivée .Le double des clefs demandes n'était pas celui de l'appartement.
Used them to book a lovely apartment (ETOILE FILANTE 1) located just a 5 minute walk into Morzine town and the Super Morzine lift. Communication was excellent and their properties are cheaper than other sites.We’ve been coming to Morzine for years and this was the nicest, best value apartment we have stayed in.Just arrived home and already looking to book again next year.
A wonderful property at the bottom of the slopes in Saint Jean , would use alpes location for short term rents , extremely efficient company.The ski resort is a hidden gem .If you want quiet slopes and zero queues, Saint Jean is the place to visit .We actually prefer it to the more busier neighbouring resorts .
Depuis une quinzaine d'année, je viens à St Jean d'Aulps, mais depuis 2015, je passe par votre agence, toujours un très bon accueil, toujours à l'écoute, jamais déçu par les hébergements. Vraiment au top et très simple.Je recommande votre agence +++++A l'année prochaine 😉

Chalet confortable et chaleureux ,idéal pour les familles petit plus le petit jardin ,très proche des pistes avec les café restaurants, l’épicerie …
Drove from UK Saturday 17th January to a pre booked property with a different agent. Got let down & stuck on a Dark, Cold Saturday evening looking for an option other than sleeping in the cars!! After speaking to a local were put in touch with Pauline at Alpeslocation late on a Saturday evening- Cannot speak highly enough. Fantastic & Friendly service- Absolute pleasure & will be using again. Superb property. THANKYOU SO MUCH!!

Super séjour tout était très bien et très propre !
Sehr schönes altes Bauernhaus. Liebevoll renoviert und genug Platz für zwei Familien. Der Weg zum Skigebiet ist nicht weit. Schöne Einrichtung und tolle Lage. Kleines Minus für mich: Die Heizung wird nachts automatisch heruntergeregelt. Das wird von der Agentur aus gesteuert. Wer das nicht möchte, muss sich dort melden. Das fand ich etwas umständlich, zumal ich unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer niemand erreichen konnte. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder.

I stayed here for the New Year and I was happy with my stay.It certainly is priced for its location, but despite being very small it certainly serves its purpose just fine, and being literally ON the Office de Tourism square meant everything was just easy.The optional extras (linens, wifi etc..) were all detailed in the listing as is common in the area, so that shouldn't be of a surprise to anybody.The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, surprisingly functional for its size.My only complaint was that communication was a bit tricky. Having emails routed through booking.com removed all the useful links, and the messages themselves weren't actually accessible through the site - therefore all relevent information was difficult to obtain. Self Check-in was an odd combination of websites and videos, where a simple written description / photo would have been easier and more than sufficient. Trying to forward the information (which is all in French) to my family whilst driving through the alps at night because I was arriving late and they were available to collect keys for me was a stressful experience after 10 hours in a car.The check-out experience could be more robust as well. After leaving a day early and replacing the key in the lockbox they were collected from, I had a phone call en route home saying that the keys were missing. As there was only one small lockbox and multiple apartments, I'd worry that other guests could create mistakes that impact eachother. A separate, secure key drop for depositing keys on check-out and cleaner collection would be better.

The Etoile Filante 1&2 chalet is perfect for larger families / groups up to 12. Very spacious lounge/kitchen/diner area's with everything you need.Location is also great with supermarket across the road and lovely restaurant next door. Short walk to town centre, super morzine and pleney lifts.First visit to morzine and we loved it. We will be back and most certainly will be booking this chalet again. Thank you
Ich kann die Ferienwohnungsagentur nur wärmstens empfehlen! Der Kundenservice ist einfach hervorragend – immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die moderne Wohnung, die wir gebucht haben, war super geplant und äußerst sauber. Der Ausblick von der Wohnung war atemberaubend und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch mehr verbessert.Der Ort selbst ist mega cool und süß, mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir haben dann auch direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.
Chalet au pied des pistes dans un hameau tranquille.La cuisine est bien équipée bien qu'il manque quelques accessoires.Il est nécessaire que les dimensions des couettes soient précisées pour amener les bonnes housses.
Le logement est incroyable , très spacieux et très bien équipé. A proximité du centre de Morzine, beaucoup de place pour se garer. Je recommande vivement
Logement très cosy et bien situé pour un séjour en montagne.Seul point négatif, quelques toiles d'araignées. Nous avons pensé que le logement n'avait pas été utilisé depuis quelques temps ;)
We had a great weekend at this modern chalet. It’s a perfect spot for a short getaway. The place is beautifully decorated, very clean, and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a real plus for our group. The jacuzzi was another highlight – super relaxing and well-maintained. Also, the value for money was excellent, you get a lot for what you pay.However, a few things could be improved. Communication felt a bit fragmented – we received too many emails instead of one clear message with all the necessary info. We only got the check-in code after asking for it, which caused some unnecessary stress. When we arrived, we noticed some basic essentials were missing, like soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning cloths.All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the chalet, especially if a few of the small details get sorted out.
Appartement Luminaux in Morzine voldeed aan de verwachting. Volledig uitgerust , dichtbij alle ski-faciliteiten (de skibus naar de lift stopt voor het appartement) en de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is prima.
Un bon agencement et un bon emplacement, mais literie et équipements vieillissants.

I am a fire marshall. Exit doors should not be locked with a key. The exit door should allow exit without having a key
Très beau chalet. Belle vue. Pièces de vie très agréables. Bonne literie. Sanitaires impeccables. Ce chalet mériterait une cuisine et une vaisselle plus soignées. Malgré tout, très bon séjour.
Schoon en netjes appartement. Lekkere bedden en heerlijke douche. Mooi, ruim balkon en goede keuken met alle apparatuur en veel huisraad. Voor 4 personen prima aan te bevelen.
Excellent contact avec l agence pour un séjour dans un Superbe logement tout confort et très propre à Seytroux. Le service est top et les explications parfaites. Je les recontacterai pour un futur séjour!
Appartement soigné et propre, spacieux, silencieux, situé au pied des pistes avec parking à proximité. Les seuls défauts se résument à l'absence de linge de lit et de serviettes compris dans la location, l'absence de crochets pour étendre ses serviettes, et un lave-vaiselle trop petit pour ce grand appartement.
