We chose Flooring Expo for both our new carpet and new luxury vinyl flooring. Both services were great. We were able to get our carpet and flooring materials pretty quickly after ordering. The installers were available in the time frame we needed. Everyone that came to the house were professional and worked diligently. Communication with both the sales staff and installers was great! I highly recommend the Karndean flooring that looks like limestone - turned out to be beautiful! I was not sure I was going to love my choice of replacing tile with vinyl, but I was very much pleased and saved a lot of money doing so!

From the start, Garrett was awesome to work with, he knows his products, he knows what would be among the best choices for our situation with cats and dogs, and he seems very trustworthy.We got LVF throughout the house and carpet on the stairs.The installers were also very amazing, quick, punctual, and dedicated to get the job done right. They did in 2 days what could have taken a week. Jaffer leads the install team we had, and I believe he is among the best out there. Incredible work ethic and very responsive. I would not hesitate a second to work with Expo Flooring again, in fact we will be hiring them for our basement when we are ready to finish it.

We had an excellent experience with Flooring Expo while finishing our basement. Zach O'Brien was extremely helpful with walking us through the best carpet options for our stairs and provided excellent service. We walked through options in-store and he brought samples to our home when he measured so we could see the color in our space. He was very conscious and attentive to our budget needs, which we greatly appreciated! The install was so fast, professional, and well done! Highly recommend to anyone who has a project, big or small!

This company did an excellent job. The sales person Mark Garrett gave me excellent service and ideas about what to put down in my lower level with a cement floor The installers took out all of the old carpeting and disposed of it. The new carpet was laid professionally and everything looks great

I worked with Garrett and he was amazing! He offered a bunch of different carpets that were personally chosen for our situation. There was a delay in getting the carpet, but he called and let us know that there was an issue. We understood that it was out of their hands so we waited, and I'm so glad we did! It looks amazing, and I am so happy with my new carpet. He was so attentive from start to finish and didn't shy away from any of our questions. I was so glad to see a salesperson who wasn't pushy and didn't treat me like another sale. We did everything on our timeline and not theirs. I will be coming back for our basement remodel.

Poor customer service, slimey salesman. From the beginning we did not love Garrett’s approach as a sales person, he was incredibly pushy on getting a contract signed right away. He shared multiple times a “7-10 day window” on our carpet arriving and getting installed, and since we were in a hurry wrapping up a renovation we agreed even though we didn’t love his overall demeanor. He calls later that week and shares the carpet won’t arrive for another 3 weeks. When pressed on his timeline discrepancy, he was rude and unapologetic. My husband called weeks later when it was scheduled to arrive to check in since we heard no updates, and he proceeded to be rude and act annoyed. He didn’t have clear answers and said he’d call us back. We never heard back so we call again the day before it’s scheduled to be delivered where we are told it wasn’t going to arrive for another 2* weeks. At this point we are over this company, this sales man in particular, and will never use their services again.

Garrett & his install team did a fantastic job flooring my basement. This isn't the first project Flooring Expo has done for me and I went back for a reason. Keep up the great work!
