Joe was wonderful helping us with the purchasing process. Love the carpet. The installer did a fantastic job. Couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Would recommend them and will definitely go back when we need more carpet.

Flooring Expo just completed carpet installation throughout our whole house. Highly recommend. Communication & follow through was exceptional. The three individuals that installed the carpet did an amazing job. They were thoughtful, respectful & so easy to work with. We really appreciated how they approached the job.

We had a great experience with Floor Expo. We were in the middle of purchasing a home and things were tight timeline wise. They did a great job of working with us. Also we were getting our carpet put in on our moving day and unfortunately the previous owners were supposed to be fully moved out but were not when the contractors showed up to work. The contractors were amazing and worked one by one in the rooms as they were cleared out of the previous owners things. I know the contractors did not need to deal with this crazy so we were super appreciative. They did an amazing job on our carpet even in all of the chaos.

Recently purchased luxury vinyl flooring from Flooring Expo. Salesman Joe Susick was very knowledgeable and helpful with our selection process. The installation was very professional work & the cleanup far exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with our new flooring.

I had an issue with my first flooring which was no fault of theirs, but Guiliano, at Flooring Expo, made it right and we were able to pick out a different brand of vinyl at no cost. It was a pleasure dealing with the salesman, Garrett at Flooring Expo in Maple Grove. He took the time to explain to us about each flooring brand and helped us decide which vinyl flooring would best suit our needs. Marti called and made sure we were all on the same page with supplies and assured everything ran smoothly for the install. The gentlemen that came to install also did a wonderful job! They came on time and worked diligently and meticulously! I couldn't be more happy!

The hard surface installation process took way longer than I anticipated. The carpet installation covering 14 stairs ect. Seemed 2 have been timely.

Communiction and service was excellent. I brought home dozens of carpets and worked with the store manager to procure multiple tech sheets quickly. I had plenty of phone calls and emails and reaponse and attention to detail was fantastic. I worked with other sales people at other retailers and some saw these inquiries as a burden and even dailed to follow through, but not here. I consider myself a vary hands on consumer with high expectations and Carpet Expo worked with me to exceed my expectations, which is very rare! I appreciate how patient, helpful and honest they were helping me choose carpet and LVP. They did not try to sell me on something i did not need and the experience was much less stressful than it could have been. Garret the store manager was amazing!

We had carpet king install new carpet upstairs and 7 years later it looks awful. Poor quality product, shoddy workmanship and it is fraying and shows sign of wear and tear. It needs replacing and we're seniors with no kids in the home who take good care of our home. They are expensive too. Not worth it and really regret using carpet king

I had a great experience with Flooring Expo, Garrett, the sales manager and installers. He did a great job of telling me my options. He was patient and there was no pressure which I like. He understood I was only looking to put inexpensive flooring in my townhome because I will be selling in the spring and didn't pressure me to put in more expensive carpet than needed for the situation. I plan to use them to do my other two floors and when I move into my new home at which point I will spend more and get better quality. The installers came out two days after I made a decision on the carpet I wanted and did a great job! I have no complaints!

Dakota, my sales person, was very helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on everything. I felt reassured that all would be taken care of because of his quick calls on questions I had. Sergey, was the person who installed my floor and he did an amazing job. He was professional and friendly along with working alone from the morning to late in the evening. Truly dedicated to doing a great job and finishing the same day. I am very happy with my floor.

Went around the metro getting ideas of cost for redoing about 2000 sq ft of floor. Stopped into the Flooring Expo Maple Grove location and had a great experience with Jeremy. Definitely learned some things I wasn't thinking of initially, and never felt like a sale was being pushed like other places. Once my ducks are in a row, I'll definitely be heading back to Flooring Expo, as they've earned my business.
