We shopped all around town for new carpet. The big box stores and several chains. Carpet King provided great customer service and very competitive pricing. The installation team was very professional and our new carpet looks great. I highly recommend visiting Carpet King for any of your flooring needs.

WORST experience EVER! Do not buy from Carpet King
Don’t believe them when they say it takes 11 days from purchase to install. It took 2 1/2 weeks for my flooring to show up and then the only installation times they had were 1 1/2 days later (not enough time to get my whole downstairs cleared out) or wait almost 2 weeks. Flooring should go in tomorrow 5 weeks after I purchased it partially due to floor leveling.

I had carpet installed winter 2018. Within month it was showing wear in high traffic areas. Immediately following installation carpet began pulling out. I find pieces of carpet all over the house. At first I thought they were just left over from Instalation. It’s been about 7 months now and the stray fibers continue to show up. It’s obviously not from Instalation. They sent an inspector out to review. His report basically says normal wear and tear. Two people live in the house with very little guests. The carpet should not be falling apart at 6 months. They refused to help now I fear I will need to replace the carpet at my expense.

Went in and looked at samples before finishing the addition. Asked them to call me back with an estimate. And if they could install in 3 to 4 weeks. They said they would call. Never did went else where.

The produce is top-notch--we are so pleased with the Core-Tech floor! However, the service was not good. I was told we would be called to schedule an install when the product arrived, but I was not called. Instead, I had to call a couple of times to see if the product was in. It took longer than the 10-day estimate I was given--it took 2 weeks.Then, the wrong color threshold piece was sent by the factory, so the installer was not able to complete the install, and did not caulk between the tub and new floor, either. When I called Carpet King, I was told that the correct threshold piece would be ordered and arrive within a few days via UPS. I was asked to call a few days later to check on it if I had not yet been called to schedule a time when the installer could complete the final work. Of course I didn't receive a call from Carpet King. So I called them after a few days just to be told that the installer had not reported that he had the incorrect threshold piece and that the job was not complete. So of course the correct threshold piece had not even been ordered yet! Now we have to wait at least another week for the installation to be completed.Talk about delays! Why didn't Carpet King follow up on it? Why am I the one who always had to call them? Their Customer Service is just awful in my opinion!

The sale of our carpet was good and we were provided with an expected install date of 10 days, which was a large reason we chose CK (our re-appraisal was scheduled and we needed the carpet asap). Unfortunately, it took ONE MONTH for install. Nobody called me to inform me, I had to keep calling them week after week. We had to re-schedule our re-appraisal and when I asked if there was anything they could do for the troubles, I was told "you signed a contract that we aren't responsible for delays". That's it. Customer service after the sale was HORRIBLE. Scheduling install was bad- they charge extra for Sat install and wouldn't waive the fee even though the carpet was WEEKS behind. Carpet is here and installed, but I would never use Carpet King again.

Ordered carpet April 1 (yes, really). They said it would be a week to a week and a half. April 13 it "arrived" and we arranged installation for the 17th. April 14 they called back to say it hadn't arrived, my carpet (paid in full) was lost. They didn't know where it was, had no plan to find it. April 17 I called them to find out what the plan was. Apparently 11 am is too early, because she said she would try to find out sometime. April 18- no news April 19-I was referred to customer service. I had to call multiple times to get a person. Carpet was reordered. It would arrive in ANOTHER week, week and a half. April 26th-finally installed. It looks nice.
