Ordered carpet April 1 (yes, really). They said it would be a week to a week and a half.April 13 it "arrived" and we arranged installation for the 17th.April 14 they called back to say it hadn't arrived, my carpet (paid in full) was lost. They didn't know where it was, had no plan to find it.April 17 I called them to find out what the plan was. Apparently 11 am is too early, because she said she would try to find out sometime.April 18- no newsApril 19-I was referred to customer service. I had to call multiple times to get a person.Carpet was reordered. It would arrive in ANOTHER week, week and a half.April 26th-finally installed. It looks nice.
