I really appreciated the open, no-pressure, option-oriented approach of the manager Michael I worked with from the beginning. I learned a great deal and felt able to make an informed decision. They worked within my time frame and Steve the installer was professional, efficient, and my floor looks fantastic!

I write this to sincerely appreciate Jim Harris for his outstanding Customer service. He is very flexible and has a great patience in dealing with customer matters. I had different choices of Flooring companies and flooring products but Jim had been able change my mind and gave me confidence to give my LVP floor project to Carpet King, Saint Louis Park Location.Also would like to mention that I am very happy with his professionalism showed in the follow up after a sale.

They showed up on time and did a awesome job installing our carpet. They also did a great job cleaning up, and vacuumed the carpet before leaving. We will be definitely call them again for are living room carpet!

Great sales person. Worked with me when carpet was ready to install but my remodel ran behind. Matched lowest price I found for carpet I wanted. Only one minor problem: installers covered a vent. But when I called rep, installer called me back within minutes and job was completed promptly.

I will never recommend Carpet King to anyone! told me they would do something about a finance issue, never did. They don't follow thru on what they tell you. My recommendation, quit lying!!! Fix what you did so people that finance don't get ripped off!!!

We ordered vinyl flooring as well as carpeting for minimal areas. Jim at the Apple Valley location was very helpful in getting us quality materials for the budget we had. He was able to get our product and installation scheduled in the tight time frame we were looking for. The installers were polite, professional, and very hard working! We will definitely be using them again!

I can’t begin to thank the sales staff and installers enough for the beautiful work they did and the gorgeous new carpet installed in my new home! The sales staff was tremendous in getting my carpet deliver expedited, and the installers were very professional and accommodating my space/time as I work from home. I STRONGLY recommend Carpet King as my entire experience was exemplary.....and with new construction that was a most welcome change!! Thank you again for ensuring my carpets in my “country” home in Cannon Falls, MN is nothing short of STELLAR!!!

My experience was great working with Toni at the Roseville store! She made sure everything was taken care of for me! I will definitely go back to her in the future!! She sent the best team of artisans to put the wood floor in! Ask for Pavel’s team! They all did excellent work and went the extra mile: they had to take my accordion-style closet doors off to put in the floor. When they put them back on, they slide better than they ever did!!! I even suspect someone adjusted my hanging blinds! They REALLY care about the quality of their work!! Thank you all!

Heather was very easy to work with and SO helpful! She made sure our carpet got orderedand that everything went well. There was a slight mixup on installation day, and when I called Heather, she made sure the problem got solved immediately! Her priority is customer satisfaction! The entire process was highly satisfactory. From the knowledgeable and friendly sales associate to the incredible installer. Floors were installed in 6 hours and that included carpet removal, subfloor leveling and installation. The installer, David, was professional and did a high quality work. Will definitely be going back.

Toni at the Roseville location is amazing! We needed somethng affordable and in a hurry - she was very resourceful and helpful in keeping the cost down. Her follow up is awesome - and she oversaw the install and called to be sure I was happy. I will count on her in the future!

The actual install of my garage floor coating was excellent. The installers were very nice guys. The only frustration was the installation was delayed by 2 days due to an installer being sick.

Worst experience of our life! The Carpet was promised to us on Thursday and when it came down to it, they could get any installers until Friday. Install was supposed to be at 10:30 on Friday:however, they only sent 1 installer and a helper and they didn’t arrive until 1:30 on a Friday for a 7-8 hour install job! Can’t believe they sent 1 installer and a helper! Worst company and worse experience! Made our move to our new townhome a colossal nightmare! Because they delayed us a day, the moving company had to put all our furniture in the kitchen! Extremely unprofessional! Last place I would ever order carpet or flooring from!!!
