The 4 installers who came to put in our new basement floor trashed our house!!! A horrible experience all around - came home to a thick layer of white cement dust on BOTH floors of our house. Nothing was hung so that the main floor would stay clean. We found our laundry room, which was stuffed with furniture that we moved to have our floors done, with standing water and cement chunks on the floor and our walls and belongings sprayed with water as well.We found our personal bath towels on the floor stuck in the cement. Our driveway and patio were also covered in cement residue and large chunks of a broken pot.The installers left behind their garbage and to top it all off, our new Coretech floor is wavy and not level!When I called to complain, I was told that a customer service specialist would be calling me back to take care of this "issue". That was Friday morning at 10:00AM. It is now Tuesday, long after close - still waiting.Horribly disappointed from every aspect!!!
