Mitchell was super-helpful. The price was right, and I needed the carpet installed quickly. They were very accommodating with scheduling. I would highly recommend.

New carpet installed promptly. However, it was stained and had defects. See photos. The installer called the warehouse manager but was told to install anyways. I requested cleaning, thinking it was too much hassle and waste to replace. Was asked to email photos to a nonexistent email. No follow up, no response.

Ordering was easy. I had several changes on my end on installation and Mitch worked with me to re-quote and then credit me for work I ended up doing myself. Very pleasant, professional and quick! The LVP installers were fantastic too, worked quickly and cleaned up as they went. Very good experience!

Flooring Expo gets my recommendation!! They were fair, fast, convenient and most of all, customer focused. They did a fantastic job with the install and left the room immaculate!

I have had a wonderful experience at Flooring Expo. I just got a new condo that needed all new carpeting and LVP flooring. It was the biggest flooring purchase I have ever made and I felt at ease with my dealings with Michael G. He showed me several options in various price ranges, I ended up with one of the more expensive carpet choices and LVP but I it was my decision and not pushed into them. In the end with a sale and rebate the costs were reasonable for new flooring for my entire condo. Michael answered all my questions about install, there were many, and he was always responsive and patient. I would highly recommend Flooring Expo of St. Louis Park for your flooring needs and would highly recommend Michael. If I ever need more flooring I will be back. Thank You, Steven

The initial meetings with the two men who run the organizaton went well. They are both attentive to detail and there to answer any questions I had. The installers cleaned up the hallway/elevator in our building and did a wonderful job installing the carpet. The only problem was they did not speak English and that was somewhat difficult navigating them here and also the parking. However, it wasn't their fault. I would guess they are put into this situation and try their best. Despite the sometime confusion I tipped them well.

The minute we walked into Flooring Expo by Carpet King through the final carpet installation we had professional service. When we went to the St. Louis Park store, we were greeted by a very friendly salesman. (Alec). He listened to what we wanted and showed us the different carpets. He was very knowledgable about everything. We ordered the carpet and he told us approximately when the carpet would come in. We set up an installation day and time. The installers were very friendly and were there on time. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well. Throughout the whole time Alec kept us up to date on everything. He even called while the installers were there to see if we were happy with what they were doing. I would recommend Flooring Expo by Carpet King to everybody. I would like to share what an amazing experience I had with Flooring Expo by Carpet King in St. Louis Park, MN. My sales representative was Alec Eardley and he is excellent. I called and made an appointment with him, when I arrived, he was prepared and walked me through all of the hardwood flooring options that met my specifications. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed in his explanation of the products. And he was also candid about the pros and cons of the each product. With his help, I made an excellent decision on my hardwood floors. After the purchase, and prior to the installation, he communicated regularly and with substance. He returned phone calls within an hour. The crew that installed the hardwood floors was also absolutely excellent. They were timely, communicative and had crazy incredible carpentry skills. They worked on a Saturday accommodate me. It was a 4 day job, and they were fantastic. The end product is stunning and it was priced very competitively. The individual that lead the work crew was very skilled and took great pride in his work. His name is Vitalli Pavlo. I did a lot of research before going with Alec and Vitalli. They are the absolute best. This is the first time I have ever written a review; this experience exceeded every expectation and i felt compelled to share my insights. I get compliments every time someone sees my hardwood floors. You will not go wrong with ALEC, Vitalli Pavlo and The Flooring Expo.

Bad Experience!

Worse experience ever. If I could give no stars, I would. The flooring was warped when it was installed. They hired a flooring inspector who said that we received bad flooring…not their fault but what transpired after that totally was. Since the inspection months ago, I have been getting the run around from every person at flooring expo I contacted saying they are waiting for their people to finish the testing on the flooring. In the mean time I am stubbing my toe on the pieces of flooring that are so warped they are curling up. Do not go with this company. Besides that we’re not cheap either. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

Disappointed. Had 3 bedrooms installed with new carpet- happy with quality of carpet and installers were great! However sales person who helped us - I wouldn’t recommend. Make sure to go not on a holiday weekend where the A team must have time off.

Can’t say enough about the quality of product and importantly installation. FE’s installers had a tough task on a 4-day project and they didn’t cut any corners. Workmanship was top notch, particularly in some areas that could easily have been rushed but they took the time to get it right. Further, we had one minor issue that was quickly addressed by the company beyond our satisfaction. It’s rare to see consistency in customer service, from sales to installation like this. Would highly recommend FE in SLP. We look forward to working with them again.

Alex and the Flooring Expo team were great to work with from start to finish. They let me take home samples for a few days, matched a better price online, held product in their warehouse for me for a few months while other work was done ahead of the flooring, delivered right away when I needed the flooring at my house, and quickly resolved a manufacturing defect issue at no charge. Can’t recommend them enough.

I wish to highly recommend the goods and services offered by Flooring Expo! Connor at the front desk knows his product and expertly responded to my carpet choosing process, making the experience fun and informative. Product came in quickly, and install day was scheduled easily; installers Harrison and Oscar were amazing! Professional, respectful, and focused on the job at hand. They did a very efficient job moving furniture, removing old carpet, laying new, and replacing furniture. I really can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Flooring Expo. Plus I love my new carpet.

Used them 2 years ago for our upstairs carpet. Recently had them install the same carpet downstairs. I was glad to hear they had the same carpet still in stock at their warehouse. Carpet looks and feels great!
