The gentleman at the store really helped me on picking My hardwood. Alex, the installer did a phenomenal job already booked my next room. They very easy to work with an accommodating planning to do my entire house with these guys

Scott Klinepier and his crew at flooring expo were great from start to finish. Everything went as Quoted. Scott was very knowledgeable on the products we selected. No surprises. The crew was very professional, polite and courteous. Done in one day, Carpet was removed and disposed of, Little to no clean up. I was very impressed. I will recommend Flooring Expo to all my friends and Family.

Very happy with carpeting replacement in three rooms and new lvp in kitchen. Tons of product samples in store and work was done as soon as product was received. Worked with Lisa, who helped narrow down the options based on budget and performance desires.

Do not purchase carpet from this place! They install defective merchandise and don't stand behind the product. They are crooks! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable. Bait and switch!! Horrible customer service! Don't believe the 5 star reviews. Spent over $20,000, now service manager won't honor the price that was posted on the product we chose. I have been dealing with this for over 2 years, hoping for a resolution.

Happy with our new carpet from point of sale through installation and cleanup. It rained hard the day of install and the crew drove up as close to the garage as possible to avoid getting the carpet wet. They were respectful and made sure we checked the color for accuracy.

Flooring Expo by Carpet King Was so helpful with helping me find a flooring that goes with our current trim. We went with Manila Oak by a Cortec and the flooring is absolutely perfect ! It’s waterproof and scratch proof and very durable and comfortable to walk on. They were able to install within 2 weeks of purchase and the installers only took 1 day! Very fast hard workers and they did an amazing job. Very happy with everything! Scott was so helpful from everything! He helped me find the floor and was also so supportive and helpful throughout the whole project. -Jamie H

The Flooring Expo team in Burnsville was huge help to us in planning and installation of our new floor. We worked with them to review many samples to match our existing decor. When we found a brand that matched but wasn't offered through their showroom, they special ordered the flooring at a very competitive price. They worked with us on a number of scheduling issues and changes to the plan as we went along. They were a pleasure to work with the entire time and we would highly recommend them.

I am so very pleased with the flooring and installation through Flooring Expo/Carpet King in Burnsville! Scott and Lisa were so accommodating and helpful. The installers showed up on time and worked so very hard. They did a beautiful job! I will definitely be going back there when I purchase new carpet for my upstairs floor! Mark Joyce is the best guy I've had the privilege of working with for any home remodeling project I've ever done. He knows the right cadence to be contacting you through the process, he listens and knows what you want and how to help! Most importantly, Mark cares! I'd use these guys every time and I will moving forward. I also loved the installers, Gerhard and Vadim were true professionals and stood by their work! Incredible experience all around!

Pricing was advantageous. Be sure to check proposed seams and amount of waste so not paying for unnecessary excess. Based on my experience, I would order with Scott at Flooring Expo again.

Scott helped us at the Burnsville store. Everything was on time and any issues we had (very minor) were fixed quickly. He worked with us to ensure our entire home was done right. I had my house re-carpeted by flooring expo in Burnsville last month and I cannot recommend them enough. Scott was very communicative and helpful, and all around a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond as far as being accommodating and the crews who did the split install were great. I had initially looked at Home Depot but I so glad I went with this company instead.
