Absolutely obsessed with our new carpet in our basement. We worked with Jessica and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when picking out carpet and ordering. Will definitely be ordering more carpet through Jessica!
Fantastic experience - Joe was our salesperson and his customer service was outstanding. He made sure we got a terrific deal, ensured we got our product when we needed it even though it was backordered from the manufacturer, answered all our questions, and was wonderful to work with. We'll be buying all our flooring from Flooring Expo!
I spent big money on the floor I wanted.. the trim was to be in 7 ft sections came in 4ft asked to return them told 40% stocking fee then called back told me not able to return customer service absolutely terrible talk to you on the phone as if they couldn't care less .. stick to the big box stores where they care about their customers
Tony was a super helpful at the store, helping us pick out flooring. The guys how came and installed were nice and did a great job. Way happier with this flooring project than a previous one done with a different company I won't name.
We had an excellent experience working with Joe on our carpet selection and installation. The carpet was delivered when expected and installation scheduled promptly. The installers were respectful, worked rapidly and did an excellent job, including on steps, around railing spindles and transitions to both tile and other carpeted rooms.

Amazing job! We did vinyl plank throughout our kitchen, living room, and mudroom. They went above and beyond to make sure the floor was prepped and flat beforehand (we had some holes patched and uneven floors). Everything is so smooth and looks like perfection. The crew was the most respectful crew I have ever had in my home. I would 100% recommend them!
Our salesman Joe was outstanding and very fair. He gave us great advice and wasn't pushy at all-he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The guys they sent to install the carpet were friendly and trustworthy and did a great job for us. All in all it was a very good experience and I will recommend them to everyone!!!
we love the carpet we chose. it was installed in a very timely manner! I did have a little clean up to do & one of picture frames was broken, but things happen in construction. overall, the Flooring Expo did a great job fro. start to finish!

We love our new carpet!!! The process was smooth and we had our carpet in less than two weeks after purchase. Joe was phenomenal to deal with. Kind and knowledgeable. I would 10/10 recommend getting your carpet from Flooring Expo, we will be coming back. And the install was so fast!!!
Not what I expected.. Nice salesman came and sold us carpet for half of our house and told us the carpet was in stock and we could have it installed in no time at all. We paid cash in full right away. After paying they called back to say the carpet we wanted actually was backorded. They recommended a "nicer carpet" that wasn't exactly the same and they wouldn't charge me extra. I still had two wait three weeks for my carpet to be installed. Installers did a decent job but marked up my freshly painted walls. I called customer service and have had response. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

Avoid the larger stores that try to lure you in with free deals. Not only does Flooring Expo work harder for you, they also have higher quality carpet, better prices, quicker install times, and a knowledgeable kind staff. You can't go wrong here.

Shelia did a fantastic job of helping me find the perfect carpet and making the process simple and easy. I went in not knowing anything about carpet and was nervous about the entire process. She not only educated me on the differences and what to look for in a carpet, but helped make sure i got the right carpet for my family and that looked amazing.
