We are very happy with the product and service, in this case wall to wall carpeting and the installation, provided by Flooring Expo. Although we took our time making a final decision on manufacturer, color, and type of carpet, the sales staff at Flooring Expo (Coon Rapids store) always were patient and took time to explain fully all our questions. There never was a lag in communications and our sales rep, Joe, always stayed in touch with us answering all our questions and concerns, when they arose. The installers came on the day scheduled and moved heavy pieces of furniture and replaced them as we requested. They were always helpful and did an excellent installation job - including a thorough cleaning-up when they were done. Since we were already living in our home, the thought of changing out our wall to wall carpeting was daunting. Flooring Expo relieved all our concerns.
