Flooring expo in stored laminate flooring in my basement and did a phenomenal job. You’re extremely professional, timely and helpful. They actually helped me on a different project by pointing out something. Another contractor was doing incorrectly before major problems could occur and I could get it fixed. I would go with flooring expo any day.

I highly recommend Flooring Expo in Apple Valley. The service we received was excellent. We were having our house repainted prior to the installation so some coordination was involved as well as having to bump the installation back a few days.Kevin did an incredible job of not merely selling us the product but making the whole process flow as smoothly as possible.The installers were great. The communication was good, they showed up on time, they took great care with everything that did need to be moved by them and the installation looks great. The cleanup was great as well.I had to be in and out throughout the day and was pleased with everything I saw.

Well knowledged staff, professional installation and they met the time table perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the results.

We chose to go with Flooring Expo in Apple Valley for one simple reason, Scott. Scott came out to our house and was friendly, professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and did not make me feel bad for asking them. We had a total of three companies come to our house and there was no comparison. Their price was not the cheapest, but it was competitive. There was one small snafu with the arrival time of the installers, but it was handled with professionalism, and the final product looks great!

From the time we walked into the Apple Valley store until product was laid/completed in our home was a great experience. Would work with them again for sure!!

Kevin (from Apple Valley) was fantastic! He was very helpful and accommodating as we were trying to finalize our carpet choice. When we wanted a particular sample board, he called several locations until he tracked it down and then arranged for it to be delivered to his store so we could easily pick it up. Kevin should be commended for his professionalism, patience and positivity with a self-described “high maintenance” customer. 😁Our installers (Serfi, Omar and Alexi) did a wonderful job of installing the carpet. We are so pleased with how it looks! They should all be commended for their hard work, skills and willingness to stay late to finish the job. We really appreciate it!

Dashaun was fantastic at the beginning and through the whole process! The installers did a great job minus breaking some safety locks on a window of ours. Overall they did a great job just waiting for them to fix the window safety locks

Excellent experience all around. Kevin Wright was a friendly and low-pressure salesperson. The installers were impressive as they showed up early, installed everything in one day and cleaned everything up. The carpet Kevin helped us pick out is perfect. Our house feels brand new. And there’s 0% financing. Wish we had done this sooner.

Scott was very good to work with and helped us with some difficult choices in matching existing carpet. The installers were on time and their work was good.

From shopping and purchasing carpet and pad to installation, the process of getting this project done was made easy thanks to our salesman, Kevin Wright, and his team. We are very satisfied with the installation and the quality of the product. From the very start, Kevin was the pleasant contact at Flooring Expo who helped us find just what we wanted.

Flooring Expo by Carpet King helped me purchase new LVP flooring for my cabin. We had to have it delivered to a town in WI and Dashaun really helped me by finding a business in the area that could accept the large flooring order off of the semi, so my builder could pick it up. It was extra work for Dashaun, but he was awesome!! I would not hesitate to order from them again and I will recommend them to my friends in the future.

My wife and I came to the store to replace the bedroom carpets of a house we just purchased. Dashaun Smith not only helped us select the option that best suited our needs, but was also helping 2 other customers at the same time. He walked through the entire process of carpet installation, and was very knowledgeable on the type of carpets available. The carpets arrived in around 7 business days and were installed the following day. I am very happy with quick and efficient the process was, and I will definitely return for any future flooring needs.

Recently, we had Flooring Expo install carpeting in the lower level of a home that we had just bought. Every part of our experience was great. Dashaun Smith helped us to choose the right carpeting that was in our price range. It's beautiful carpeting and looks very luxurious. It's especially soft, warm, and comfortable when walking on it with bare feet!

Flooring Expo provided us with truly exceptional service. When we came to them, we needed a large amount of carpet on a very short timeline. We had purchased a new home and did not notice until we were ready to move in that the carpet truly needed to be replaced. Flooring expo was able to provide us great selections and install the carpet on our short timeline. Following installation we noticed that some of the steps in our stairway were not installed perfectly. My husband made a comment about this on a post install survey and Flooring Expo followed up on that comment. Then they proceeded to completely redo our stairs at no cost to us. This was so helpful! Due to the move I did not have time to follow up on this item myself, but it was taken care of by their follow up on a simple survey. Thank you Flooring Expo!! Your service exceeded expectations!!
