My experience with Flooring Expo could not have been better, from my sales associate to the install team lead by Jafar. Jafar and his team were efficient tidy and the install result was excellent.
It was super easy to get everything done and way less expensive than expected. The turn around time from consult to installation was super quick. The whole project only took two days and our floors are perfect. Everything about working with them was better than expected and I would definitely recommend them!
We had excellent customer service from Marti. We needed transition pieces for our flooring, that had been discontinued, and Marti was able to find some for us. She also was extremely helpful in explaining the different types and advising us on the type we needed to buy. Marti, we can’t thank you enough.

I had laminate flooring in my lower level that needed replacing. The sales person showed me luxury vinyl and I opted for that. The product looks amazing. The installers showed up on time and the laminate was removed and the vinyl installed in one day. I am very satisfied with the results!
Purchase process was very good. Installation was fantastic! Hagar and his crew was tight on time and so well organized! And work? These guys busted heavies and got all three rooms done in a day. And the quality of the install was great! Hats off to Jahar and the guys from R &J Floors!
Absolutely amazing service, Jessica was a wonderful. She made everything easy to understand and didn't make me feel like I knew nothing. Super helpful, kind and most of all honest. I'll be recommending her and this store to anyone I know.
They did a remarkable job moving the furniture and getting the carpet laid. Also in the walk in closet, hall closet and computer closet. They were very organized and were very conscious removing old carpeting and disposing of and vacuuming!
Everyone involved in the process was friendly and professional. We love the product and install went very smoothly. I do feel like the communication between the man who came to measure and the installers could have improved - we had a few concerns that we needed to repeat to the installers as they weren’t yet familiar with the situation. Regardless I would recommend this service as well as our installers from R&J Floors

The two guys installed my carpet were fantastic! They were kind, made sure I was getting what I ordered and cleaned up before leaving. Customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend! Oh, and my carpet is soft, cushy and so beautiful. Great job!!
Jafar and his crew arrived, quickly assessed the situation and started the installation. These guys know what they are doing. The floor turned out beautifully, and the cleanup was complete.

Reliable, affordable and efficient Easy to work with, no changes in scheduling, showed up when they said they would, nice installation professionals, good quality. We had both new carpet and hard surfaces installed
The guys did a great job. It was a long day and the attention to detail along the basement slider was a bit off. The carpet is a little loose down there but it’s nothing that a quick visit could not fix.
Marti Runeborg was amazing to work with! She was incredibly helpful and worked with us to find a solution that worked well for everyone. We would highly recommend Flooring Expo and Marti :)
