Similar to other posters, we had used this company several years ago and had a great experience. We tried them again, and this time it was the complete opposite experience. Of course, with supply chain issues, the carpet took forever to arrive -- we can accept that. Then they required that we pay 100% of the payment before they would schedule the install. When we pushed back that it would give us no leverage if there was an issue, the manager told us that he "would personally be there to take care of us if there were any issues." Right. So that day of install arrived, and we were scheduled for a 3:00 appt. We removed every stick of furniture from the space to ensure an easy install. We were stunned when the installers were still there at 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 -- finally wrapping up at 11:00 PM on a weeknight! 11 hours for a roughly 1200 SF space with no furniture to move or adjust. Then there were quality issues with the install, especially on the stairs where in some places the carpet buckles up as it is cut too large, and in other places it is cut too small and you can see the pad beneath. Further, the walls were damaged in several places during the course of the effort. When we reached out to them to address the problems -- SURPRISE! -- we got sent over to a customer service hotline and our good friend the manager was nowhere to be found. In short, none of our issues were resolved and we are left with poor service and poor quality. We won't be using them again.
