Installation, carpet and crew were good. However, a good size hole was left in the drywall and no plan to repair it. 3 staples I found on the floor, one went into my bare heel that bled and one in bedded in the new vinyl floor and a few more in the grass and driveway.

HOW GOOD CAN MY CARPET LOOK! So clean and refreshed, they came in and got to work right away. Fantastic edges against other flooring, well put together. So pleased with the details and overall look! Even the closets are perfect and smoothly configured.

Had Justin from flooring expo out to bid a rental unit and hallway stairs as well as similar units in the building for when we do turnovers. Never got the quote or any callbacks.

Our sales rep and the installer were both great. They were polite, friendly, and professional. My husband and I couldn’t believe that one person was going to be tackling our entire basement for rip out and install of our carpet, but the gentleman did a fantastic job. He was efficient and thorough. Highly recommend this company for flooring!

They gave me a great deal, beat the other offer I had. They moved all my furniture, and had everything done in about 5 hours and cleaned up with furniture moved back. I couldnt of asked for more.

Huge shout out to Dean Baker and team. We had a week and a half time-frame to get carpet installed for our new home and it was done the day before we moved in! Dean came to our home even though it was after hours to get the purchase agreement signed and made sure our order was the first thing that got processed next day. Customer service was great and they responded promptly. Thank you Dean, Isabelle, Matt and the install team at Carpet King!

Excellent work by a prompt, polite, careful and thorough team. Used "booties" so as not to dirty our white carpets and made sure to keep everything around the windows dry as they wiped and cleaned the glass. And the price was VERY reasonable.

Very professional company. Answered their phone or called me back the next day. Gave me the process they used to clean my 5' x7' wool rug. Because we had pets, I wanted it cleaned and also deodorized. It turned out great and no pet odors. Great job!!!

I ordered carpet for my livingroom and back craft room. Both rooms had stairs. The crew that installed were very kind and curtious. The job was done very professionally and they did all the cleanup. They also moved all the heavy furniture for me at no additional expense. The follow up and customer service was excellent. I am very satisfied with the work that they did and would recommend Carpet King to all my friends.

The in-home sales service was great. They brought a large amount of samples so I could view all over the house. The install service was also exceptional. Removal, install, and furniture moving! It really great value.

Great experience. They were prompt in coming out to measure and gave a streamlined list of options, all high quality with a variety of price ranges. Installation took only a couple of hours and was scheduled less than 2 weeks from the measure. They also do plank vinyl and we will probably use them for our kitchen and kitchenette given the great experience we had.
