From start to finish, I am very pleased with my experience with Flooring Expo. Terry was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was choosing my product. He had great follow up and responded promptly. Jafar and crew were amazing! They went above and beyond on the entire installation! So helpful with final decisions that needed to be made. They were all very courteous and helpful. It was super easy to get everything done and way less expensive than expected. The turn around time from consult to installation was super quick. The whole project only took two days and our floors are perfect. Everything about working with them was better than expected and I would definitely recommend them!

Thank you, Flooring Expo for a wonderful experience choosing a new floor for my kitchen and dinette. Anita at the Roseville location was a wonderful sales person and extremely helpful. She helped guide me to the perfect floor. The installer was Jafar and two younger gentleman who did a magnificent job with installation. They were clean, neat and tidy, and their work was impeccable. We had excellent customer service from Marti. We needed transition pieces for our flooring, that had been discontinued, and Marti was able to find some for us. She also was extremely helpful in explaining the different types and advising us on the type we needed to buy. Marti, we can’t thank you enough.

This is specifically a review for the installation process only from R & J Floors which did an excellent job quickly and skillfully installing our laminate wood floor. If you purchase Laminate from Flooring Expo please insist Jafar from R & J Floors do the installation! You will be pleased!

I had laminate flooring in my lower level that needed replacing. The sales person showed me luxury vinyl and I opted for that. The product looks amazing. The installers showed up on time and the laminate was removed and the vinyl installed in one day. I am very satisfied with the results!

Purchase process was very good. Installation was fantastic! Hagar and his crew was tight on time and so well organized! And work? These guys busted heavies and got all three rooms done in a day. And the quality of the install was great! Hats off to Jahar and the guys from R &J Floors!

They did a remarkable job moving the furniture and getting the carpet laid. Also in the walk in closet, hall closet and computer closet. They were very organized and were very conscious removing old carpeting and disposing of and vacuuming!

Everyone involved in the process was friendly and professional. We love the product and install went very smoothly. I do feel like the communication between the man who came to measure and the installers could have improved - we had a few concerns that we needed to repeat to the installers as they weren’t yet familiar with the situation. Regardless I would recommend this service as well as our installers from R&J Floors
