will not even ask you information-simply states it will be expensive. probably not the place if you want ppl who want to have return or even new customers. The added hun remarks were icing on the cake. smh

Susan was great to work with and didn't try to sell me more expensive carpet. Instillation was quick - I'm very happy with both the carpet and service!

Pricey (30% more than what we ended up spending elsewhere) and wasn't super impressed with the staff. They were nice enough, just weren't great.

The carpet guys called when they were on their way and again about being a bit late. That's OK, we live a ways out of town. When they arrived their gear was carried in and they went right to work. Upon completion, all carpet scraps were removed and the carpet was fully vacuumed. The carpet guys proudly showed me the completed installation. Very professional. Carpet King is my first choice for carpets.

Susan was awesome in helping us with carpet choices. Finding the right color, texture, and price point we were looking for. On installation day, everything went as scheduled...installer called to confirm his arrival time and provided us with an estimated installation timeframe. He was professional, provided great customer service and did an outstanding job!!! We love our new carpet!

Carpeting King helped us with some carpet that we had replaced because of water damage and they did a fantastic job. Scott was amazing, very very professional and accommodating. And very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend working with Carpet King and especially Scott. I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We carpeted the whole house and new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The quality of product is far superior then anything you can find in the 'box stores'. Better quality for the money. There is more variety in this store then you think. Compare this quality to the box store and you will be back to this Carpet King -Maplewood location.

The quality of product is far superior then anything you can find in the 'box stores'. Better quality for the money.There is more variety in this store then you think. nice guys to work with here. I was able to easily set up my appointment, and someone gave me a call ahead AND showed up on time. love it. that may seem like a little thing, but given my other experience with nearby competitors, at least these guys have good customer service. I will buy from them based on that alone! The prices were really agreeable as well.

Worked with Scott the manager at the Maplewood store. Scott was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The installation crew was amazing! The carpet was a stiff, patterned level loop that needed to be seamed and cut around a radiator and pipes in a very old house. Their workmanship was flawless and the seams were not to be found. The installers vacuumed upon completion and left the house cleaner than before they arrived. Definitely my go to store for any floor covering needs.

Great Experience! From the Sales Team inside to the installation process, I was completely satisfied. We had both hardwood floors & carpeting installed. Great communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommended.
