Amazing customer service! Got our flooring done in a timely manner. We love our new floors and will definitely refer family and friends to them. Also they have amazing financing service that can help customers if needed. Will go back to them for our next project.

Steve S did a great job helping us replace old carpet in our front room with new vinyl flooring. He helped us understand all of the options without the high-pressure sales. He went at our pace. He was also diligent in following up during the actual install, especially when we there was a minor hick-up. We love our new floor!

We love Carpet King in Maplewood. Especially Susan! She was so kind and knowledgeable. Buying carpet from there is a breeze and quick. They installed the carpet within days and we have got many compliments on it. Installers were awesome too! I like to keep our business local and they are the best choice around.

Susan W our salesperson was excellent. Provided great service. Listened to what we wanted and gave us options.The carpet installers were on time, moved some heavy furniture for us and were very good with the carpet installation.Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Flooring Expo.

We have been using Susan's expertise since we moved to this area in 1994 and she has never let us down. The installers did this large install in one day and were professional and courtesy and did a great job. We won again by using Susan and Flooring Expo Maplewood !!!

Everything from the purchase of flooring to the install was great. Only thing I wasn't thrilled about was having to pick up the product at a location further away from the store. Smh!

The installer did a great job with the install of the luxury vinyl plank flooring. The floor looks great. They have a large selection of flooring to choose from and knowledgeable staff. I would definately use them for future projects.

Susan and Tony at the Maplewood store did a great job. They showed us the carpet options that met our needs at a price we could afford. The carpet installers handled the installation process very effectively. Susan followed up afterwards to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would gladly go to them again for our flooring needs.

The Maplewood Flooring Expo is the place to be! I love that they have such a wide variety of LVPs to choose from. Both Tony and Susan were super sweet and very helpful in finding the right sample for me. 11/10 will be recommending to all my family and friends.

Matt and his team at Flooring Expo, Maplewood did a fantastic job all around! Matt helped us choose the right flooring for our space and the installation crew were prompt, competent and cleaned up after each day. It was quite the job taking up the old wood floors but Mike’s installation crew were diligent in their work. The new vinyl plank flooring looks great and we couldn’t be more pleased.
