I worked with Steve at Flooring Expo as part of a restoration project due to water damage, including replacing carpet in a bedroom, tile in a bath and LVP in a family room. It was a big job but he made it as easy as possible to find the right samples and products and it got done fast. Lovely experience overall and it turned out great!

Great service from start to finish! Salesperson Susan was great and very helpful. Steve came the same day for measurements. The installers did a great job and were so accommodating. A great experience all around, I would highly recommend Carpet King!

Steve was awesome to work with!! I came in to look at LVP and Carpet for our basement project and left the store with full size samples and a scheduled consult/estimate at our house. Within one day of the in home estimate, I had the final cost for both of the products we selected. Installation took place the following week and despite having no overhead lights, the installers did an amazing job!!! We will definitely be connecting with Steve at Flooring Expo for any future needs!!!

Steve was so great to work with when choosing flooring. He went above and beyond with communicating and organizing the install! Both crews for carpet and laminate were incredibly professional and did a top notch job! I was so impressed! I will be coming back again when I update additional flooring. Thanks for making this project a positive experience and making my new home feel so special with the new flooring! I love it!

They were great! Everyone that I talked to when I walked in the door. They were great to work with and did exactly what they said and set realistic expectations. The installers did a wonderful job! Everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend them!

This is my second time working with Flooring Expo by Carpet King and they always take care of us. Steve is thorough, always take time to answer all of our questions and does a fantastic job checking in on installation day. The installers did a great job also and cleaned up well after everything. First off, I would like to say a big “Thank you” to Susan Wentland! After himming and hawing for quite some time, I walked in and met her, and immediately she made me feel at ease and comfortable!! She was knowledgeable and we whipped right through the process!! All in all, from start to finish, it was less than a week to have our carpet installed!! Steve Sbarbaro was great!! He was kind and polite, but thorough! They make a great team!!

Flooring Expo did a fantastic job with our carpet install. We had them replace carpet in nearly 1,500 sq ft in our new home and the installers did a fantastic job. Steve at the maplewood store was fantastic. I would highly recommend Flooring Expo!

We are very pleased with our LVP. We chose Coretec- Cairo Oak. Steve was easy to work with. He is kind, compassionate, and really cared about us and provided excellent customer service. Installers, Alex and Vitalie are highly skilled installers. They were able to make repairs to uneven spots on the cement floor and complete the install within 7 hours. What a great team of employees!!

We had our floors done in the addition of our house in May. Steve Sbarbaro was our sales associate. When we were at the Maplewood Store Steve showed us the different types and styles of flooring. Being overwhelmed by all the choices Steve explained which each one had to offer to find which kind was the best suited for our house. He then made an appointment to come to the house and get measurements. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional in every area of his job. Within a couple weeks when the flooring arrived we scheduled a date to our convenience and we had NEW BEAUTIFUL floors…..We would like to thank Steve and his Maplewood Team for their professionalism and excellent job, well done. Flooring Expo replaced the flooring in our laundry room and did a wonderful job. Steve S. took the time necessary to educate us on all of the alternative materials and presented us with two viable alternatives with different pricing. The installation went as planned, was completed with one visit and looks great! We would not hesitate using Carpet Expo the next time we need flooring in our home.

Steve S did a great job helping us replace old carpet in our front room with new vinyl flooring. He helped us understand all of the options without the high-pressure sales. He went at our pace. He was also diligent in following up during the actual install, especially when we there was a minor hick-up. We love our new floor!
