We had excellent customer service during the time we picked out the carpet . Our carpet was installed in a timely manner and it looks wonderful. 2 fellows installed it and were very nice. It is good to have great service . We appreciate all the help that was given. Expo did us good. Thank You!
I have used Flooring Expo in Maplewood a handful of times to purchase carpet and install. Delivery and install happened when I was told it would, in much shorter timeframes than the big box stores and the end result was top notch.
A huge thank you to Alec! We needed 5 rooms of carpet and quick! We had a particular date that we wanted the carpet to be laid as the movers would be delivering our belongings to our new house the following day. Alec was able to answer all of our questions and then able to meet our deadline. Two problems arose along the way like they sometimes do, but Alec worked even harder to meet our needs.
