Salespeople were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Installers were fast, pleasant and they cleaned up after themselves very well. I'm a bit worried about the carpeting, as its loops seem to come out fairly easily, but we will see how this goes.

Flooring Expo by Carpet King is a terrible company. I made the mistake of doing business with them on my last project. They delayed my project by a month due to inaccurate information on the arrival of product and had terrible communication; I actually had to stop by the store on several occasions to get a straight answer as to what was going on. When my project was finally completed, I found out they "made an error in measuring" and has order almost 100% more bathroom floor than I needed; their upper management refused to return any of the product stating I had signed a contract. This is a careless business that has no interest in costumer service... please save yourself the heartache a do business elsewhere.

Sam, and the team at Carpet King Flooring Expo of Eagan, did a great job showing me my options for both carpeting and pad. Sam came over and measured the room. The management gave me tips on sealing the floor before new carpet was installed. Installation was excellent with a courteous professional. Seamed one area in closet you can't tell it's there. I knew I didn’t want to go through the big box stores as the reviews I read regarding poor quality and supply issues turned me away. I also wasn’t sure what type of carpet I wanted as trends have definitely changed. Having worked with Margaret at the Apple Valley store and knowing that she moved to the Eagan store I stopped in. I was so happy to see her as I walked in. She brought me up to speed on new trends and styles then we narrowed my choices down to 3. She sent me home with a few samples. Of course, the one she picked was the one I went with and I couldn’t be happier. She put the order through and the carpet arrived ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Floor Expo and especially Margaret. Her professionalism and dedication to her customers make you feel like you’re working with family!

We have done business with Flooring Expo 3 times now. The first 2 were with the Apple Valley store, we didn’t know that there was an Eagan store that is closer. So for our latest project of carpeting parts of our home I decided to go there. Which turned out to be a very good experience! I met Margaret Barnard who greeted me right away when I entered the store, which was refreshing 😊. Margaret was very personable, friendly and helpful. She had a true knowledge of carpeting I felt because I ask a lot of questions and she had the answers. If she didn’t know the answer of one of my many questions, she was sure to investigate and find the answers for me😊 Margaret kept us in the know of our carpet order and how it was proceeding. We got some beautiful carpet installed and love it! Then for our next project of laminate flooring, of course I went back to her. Again she was so helpful to find a great flooring for us. Again she found the flooring that we wanted because this time the color we wanted was not in the store, but she figured it out. Every time I came into the store, she was happy to see me, and made time for us. It was fun coming into the store because she didn’t just treat me as a customer, we got to know each other a bit and it was more of a friendship. I really appreciated that, because most stores of any kind, don’t make you feel like feel that way, which is a shame. We would HIGHLY recommend Margaret at Flooring Expo!! If we have any other flooring projects, for sure we would go to Margaret 😊. She’s the Bestest!

My experience with Flooring expo started with Josh at the Egan store on Cliff Road. I was extremely impressed from his hello. Knowledgeable, articulate, pleasant as can be, and accommodating beyond measure. Josh showed me sample after sample and then came to my house to measure and assess my flooring needs. I believe it was shortly after that that Josh was promoted and Margaret came into the picture. I was a little disappointed that Josh was going to be spending more time in Apple Valley and could mean I would be working with someone new. Margaret jumped in and fulfilled every expectation. Exactly like Josh… Knowledgeable, articulate, pleasant and accommodating. It is one of the most pleasurable retail experiences I have ever had. Bravo to the two of you. The whole experience was fantastic. After having no luck with other carpet companies that bring samples to your home I decided to visit the showroom in Eagan. This place has it all- tons of options, comparable pricing and excellent service. I was able to get carpet selected (that I love), ordered and installed in about 2 weeks. I wish I would have gone here first. Next time I will go directly to Julieanne at Flooring Expo!

After a bad experience trying to purchase carpet at a big box store we visited Floor Expo in Eagan and were impressed by the selection and especially the customer service. Braden listened to what wanted, didn’t try to sell us on something different, and was an attentive communicator throughout the process. 5 stars!

This was my first time doing a home renovation and while I had a certain vision, I didn’t know how to bring it to life. Fortunately, plenty of shopping around eventually led me to Flooring Expo and I was greeted by Margaret. She heard me out and gave me plenty of options and even better ideas than I could’ve imagined. We were in constant contact throughout the entire process and I greatly appreciate the time she took to always make sure my questions went answered. She didn’t act like a saleswoman, she acted as a family member would and that made a world of difference to a stressful time.

I can't express enough how great of an experience I had here at Flooring Expo in Eagan. After having a not so great experience at another business I was left to find carpet last minute. Not only did Margaret give me the most amazing customer service by offering to come to my house and measure carpet same day (after her scheduled hours!) She took action and made me a priority right away. Rest assured we had an amazing install experience and I recommended her to anyone looking for flooring.

Khong assisted me in choosing the flooring for my kitchen. He was helpful and explained what would be best suited for the area. He was very professional and trusted his advise. The installer Gerard did an excellent job. He took the time to be sure every corner was perfect and still had it done in the time he estimated. I would highly recommend him for any job. I will definitely use them in the future.
