First the salesman said all of the carpet would be laid without a seam so we paid to move our piano. Then not only did the installers put in the wrong carpet, but they informed us that there was no reason to move the piano in the first place because the carpet would have a seam anyway. Moreover, the installers didn’t bring enough carpet to complete the job. Now we have the wrong carpet in 1/2 the places we’ve paid to have carpet, and in trying to get this resolved we’ve been in contact with absolutely the most irritatingly obtuse and incompetent customer service manager named Juliano. How this person has a job absolutely boggles the mind, and trying to get in contact with HIS boss has been an exercise in futility. I’m astonished this business exists and cannot wrap my head around how how there are any positive reviews.
