Very poor experience. The in home estimator pointed out we would need a ramp leading to a tiled bathroom due to floor height. He said he would make it a part of the estimate. When I didn’t see it on the paperwork I called in advance of install to add it which they said they did (and charged me for). I noticed that ramps weren’t being used on the day of install and installer said he didn’t have them so I called the store. Had to reschedule and take another day off work to have them come fix it. 2 hours into the day of the corrected install I get a call saying they won’t have time to make it, so we pick another reinstall date. They don’t show up for that date so I call the store again. Mark states he’ll figure out what is happening but now won’t return calls or respond to email and the carpet is already separating. $4,000 carpet lasting 30 days and requiring way more time off then should be expected. They convince you to pay more than Home Depot for their service, but it’s worse. Please save yourselves.
