I thought that everything was really good with this Carpet king but it was not. it was a big mistake. I would not recommend anybody to go to this carpet king, the one that's in Burnsville with John and Eric there. It was a nightmare and I had the installer there till 9 o'clock at night after not getting there until 630 when they were supposed to be there before 10:00 in the morning. Do Not Go

The entire process was highly satisfactory. From the knowledgeable and friendly sales associate to the incredible installer. Floors were installed in 6 hours and that included carpet removal, subfloor leveling and installation. The installer, David, was professional and did a high quality work. Will definitely be going back.

Toni at the Roseville location is amazing! We needed somethng affordable and in a hurry - she was very resourceful and helpful in keeping the cost down. Her follow up is awesome - and she oversaw the install and called to be sure I was happy. I will count on her in the future!

The actual install of my garage floor coating was excellent. The installers were very nice guys. The only frustration was the installation was delayed by 2 days due to an installer being sick.

Worst experience of our life! The Carpet was promised to us on Thursday and when it came down to it, they could get any installers until Friday. Install was supposed to be at 10:30 on Friday:however, they only sent 1 installer and a helper and they didn’t arrive until 1:30 on a Friday for a 7-8 hour install job! Can’t believe they sent 1 installer and a helper! Worst company and worse experience! Made our move to our new townhome a colossal nightmare! Because they delayed us a day, the moving company had to put all our furniture in the kitchen! Extremely unprofessional! Last place I would ever order carpet or flooring from!!!

Karsten was a pleasure to work with and he got our carpet replaced extremely fast. Never had any issues and everything went great both times I used them to carpet my home.

Wonderful. Toni at the Roseville store has been fabulous. They helped me with obtaining Coretec flooring and now with MSI quartz countertops. Yep they do countertops too. Always willing to match any prices that competitors offered without any hesitation. I’ll be back for more flooring in the near future.

The team at Carpet King continue to do a terrific job for us. Over the last 4 years we have been slowly replacing the flooring throughout our home and Carpet King has completed all the work. We rely on their knowledgeable sales team and their professional installation crews to make our house look great. Most importantly, regardless of the size of the job ( one room vs multiple rooms) they treated each one with the same level of expertise. Keep up the great work!

Our sales man Dean Baker was great! He was very friendly and knew exactly what we’re looking for. Also the installers were efficient and friendly. My wife and I will definitely use carpet kings again!

From start to finish the service was excellent. William at the Ridgedale store helped me find just what was looking for. The person came to measure on time and when he said he would. Justin did an excellent job of laying the carpet and was very conscious about taking off shoes. Every thing was done in a timely manner and very friendly and professional. Highly recommend and will be going back for my next project this spring

I received a text that installers were on their way to the house I text back not today they proceeded with installation. I went into the Eagan store and spoke with John he made excuses and said he would have the installer call me. No one has called me to this date

I was impressed with the people at Carpet King in Eagan. Reading the previous reviews, it seems that they must be under new management. Jim was very knowledgeable about carpets and made my decision easier. He came to measure THAT same day for a possible future order. The installation happening the day after the carpet arrived from the factory. The installer called in the morning to give me a rough time and called again when he was on the way. He was hard working, didn't leave a mess and the stairs look great. I plan on using these guys again soon for 2 bedrooms.

The installers arrived within the time frame scheduled. They made sure it was the correct carpet before installing. We had a family room and two bedrooms done and it looks beautiful. They beat all prices. Definitely would have them do the carpet for the other rooms in our house.

We purshased and had made a cash down a payment for the carpet. When we went to the store to sign the agreement the supervisor was there. How rude and unprofessional was she. When she bought up the furniture part of us having to move the furniture. We explained we didn’t know. She immediately was out raged and yelled at us and said well who’s gonna move it we are not!! She then threw her chair back and again yelled at us and said well I was gonna give it to you’s for free. But now I’m not. Well we were not looking for a hand out. And had not asked for one either. We are paying cash. And work hard for our money to throw it away. I don’t know what she was thinking or if she was prejudice. She was sooo UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR. We said to her NO SWEETIE THAT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE! We could not believe how rude she was. The part that blew us away was she suppose to be a supervisor. Therefore we asked to cancel the order. And refund our money. This is the Coonrapids Anoka store. And we will take our business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. However the sales rep Jessica was very polite to us and professional. Her supervisor should not be a supervisor and needs to take herself to anger management. She just lost a customer.
