Top notch service and customer service. Manager William was very helpful along with everyone at Eagan location. Installation was top notch including trim work.

Carpet king was great. They got us out of a jam very quickly when we needed it most. We had a very obvious stain in the middle of our family room carpet, and we are in the process of putting our house on the market, King Coordinated with the installers and was able to have the carpet installed very quickly. We are very pleased with the outcome here

The Carpet King Egen location did a great job with our carpet install! We needed an immediate carpet replacement and the manager William was able to make that happen. The installers that came out did a quality job. Fantastic service!!

Michael helped us select a carpet for our main living areas within our budget. And then allowed us to take home some samples to confirm our decision. After ordering it, the carpet took about 10 days to come in and then we're going to schedule the install for 2 days later. BUT when the carpet came in damaged, Michael stepped up helped us find a different carpet and kept our budget and timeline. I think its when unforseen issues arise that a company's real customer service efforts come out. Michael is great to work with, call him for your next project.

They did a great job in every aspect. Sales went easy and smooth. Installers in time and friendly and neat. We had our whole house done top to bottom plus 2 sets of stairs and they did it all in one day! We recommend this company in every way. Thanks to William and their whole team. Could not have gone smoother and am completely satisfied with the final, lovely result.

We had a great experience with Flooring Expo. Michael was fantastic in helping us pick out carpeting, measuring to maximize use of carpeting in installation. We thought pricing was very reasonable (we did two bids for this project). His follow up and follow through on the timing and completion of installation was impeccable. Also, kudos to the carpet installers. They did a great job installing our new carpet and were meticulous in cleaning up once finished. My wife and I highly recommend Michael and Flooring Expo.

Staff at main office very friendly and helpful. Installers were quick, efficient and did a good job. Let the owner know the only thing lacking is that I would have liked them to provide carpet care details once installed. He quickly gave them to me when requested. I would use them again.

After a bad experience trying to purchase carpet at a big box store we visited Floor Expo in Eagan and were impressed by the selection and especially the customer service. Braden listened to what we wanted, didn’t try to sell us on something different, and was an attentive communicator throughout the process. 5 stars!

We went to Flooring Expo in Edina/Richfield and Kevin helped us out. We found the flooring we wanted, and the measuring/ordering process was seamless. The installer, Edgar, did a great job communicating in advance and we are thrilled with the end result. Would highly recommend Flooring Expo!

I am very happy doing business with Flooring Expo had hardwood floors put in a couple years ago and was very pleased and now going to finish the bedrooms everyone is very friendly and helpful and the installers do an excellent job and are very nice and courteous would recommend to any one looking for flooring

Flooring Expo by Carpet King was one of the first stops we made as we were shopping for carpet. Following our visit we shopped around considerably, but could not find anyone more knowledgeable or willing to work with us to find everything we were looking for as far as quality, service, and price go. William S was fantastic to work with and the installers that came out did a great job as well. We were very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend William and Eagan Flooring Expo.

William was the most helpfull and knowledgeable sales person we've encountered in our search for flooring for our home. And they sent 3 of the hardest working installers I've ever seen - and they did good work. Only gripe was the installers were to show up between 7 am and 10 am, but the scheduler sandwiched in other jobs before ours so they didn't show until almost 3 pm. They worked until 7 pm (way after dark making it hard to see since all our furniture and lights were moved out of the rooms for the install). So, questionable indifference to customer satisfaction from scheduling.
