Anita at the Roseville store was very helpful and followed up promptly. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Have used Flooring expo twice now and I am very happy.

This would have been a 5 star review, but it took a couple of months to get all of the finish pieces correctly installed. That said, the floors look great and they did hang in there until all of the finish pieces were complete. I would definitely recommend them.

Carpet king installed carpet and some vinyl flooring for us. We had a great experience with them. Good prices, great customer service, and speedy installation.

Fast, friendly, and with Anita’s help, I’m a multi-year, repeat customer. I can’t recommend them, especially the Roseville location, enough.

The design consultant I work with was Tony Katz. She laid out 20 different plans in less than 1 day of preparation. Highly detailed and organized! Loved what I chose and can't wait to do more remodels!

Still Very disappointed in their follow through. They have left me with a damaged counter and no idea how to give it. I am wondering how durable this black Silestone is. I am afraid to work in my kitchen on it! ☹️ My experience was great working with Toni at the Roseville store! She made sure everything was taken care of for me! I will definitely go back to her in the future!! She sent the best team of artisans to put the wood floor in! Ask for Pavel’s team! They all did excellent work and went the extra mile: they had to take my accordion-style closet doors off to put in the floor. When they put them back on, they slide better than they ever did!!! I even suspect someone adjusted my hanging blinds! They REALLY care about the quality of their work!! Thank you all!

Three strikes and you are out. Flooring Expo/Carpet King has no interest in helping you as a customer. They just want to sell you carpet. Instead of showing me the color and style of carpet I was looking for, they showed me dozens of other colors and when I asked for more than 2 options n my color (dark gray), he hffed. When asked that he at least tell me the difference in price of the options he did show me, he refused to help and left. . I called the complaint line, but never got a call back from them. I did, however, get a call from a sales person from the Roseville location - not to address the complaint, but to sell me carpet. I told her (she claimed to be the manager), that I didn't want to talk about carpet until my complaint was addressed. She listened, didn't ask one question, didn't offer to look into it, and and didn't even apologize. Instead, she asked I wanted to buy carpet or not. They had no interest in helping me get the right carpet, they just wanted a sale.

The overall experience was very unsatisfying and a lot of work for me. Three different install teams ended up coming because the first guy who did the install did a poor job. The project manager didn't share any of the details with the team and I ended up having to translate everything into their native toung and explaining it in all its detail since no one shared the problems. The floor was not level and the trim was very messy. They ended up fixing most of it but it took a lot of work. I would not recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with Anita for my kitchen floor. Tried to get a floor they didn’t carry set up & in for me but unfortunately it got back ordered for a date too far into the future for me. Anita worked with me to find another option that I liked just as well if not more. I can’t say enough about Eric the floor installer. Did an excellent job & was very pleasant & showed up when he said he would. I would go back to Flooring Expo for my future flooring needs!

Excellent service. Anita Behr was the sales rep that helped me. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable. She guided me to carpet that was perfect for my needs. The installers did a wonderful job. My experience with Carpet King (now Carpet Expo) went from casually doing an exploratory look at their inventory to giving them all of my renovation flooring in my rental unit, including kitchen. I was immediately impressed with their wide selection, with several manufacturers, unlike other carpet companies I'd called. Tony, the store manager, was very personable and easy to work with. After my initial consultation, he was prepared with samples for me to look at. Appointments were made and kept promptly, without long wait times for product in spite of industry wide supply chain issues. The installers were punctal, very polite, efficient, and neat. Throughout the process, Tony kept in touch by phone or text to give me regular updates about parts of the project. Prices were a low-ball compared to other companies. Given my experience with Carpet Expo, I endorse them highly and without reservation. They truly convey a care for their customers' satisfaction and for the quality of their product doubt could be matched by others.

She LISTENED , took her time and fulfilled our needs for each of our homes This is a woman-run store and we could not have been more impressed. Not only the type and feel of the carpet, but making sure to get the right color. Not pushy. Just helpful and honest. We really appreciate this kind of sales advice. This store is a great asset the city of Roseville. They have very good quality products. The sales people know about the products and the ins and outs of the installations. Anita was exceptional in her product knowledge, enthusiasm, and ease in communicating with. I will be happy to refer my remodeling clients to her.

Awesome communication, great service and really nice product. Bought carpet and linoleum during the 4th of July sale and it was worth every penny.

The initial set up and execution of the sale went very well; however the individual that measured my carpet measured it short and my daughters closet never got carpeted. No follow up whatsoever from the sales rep; no follow up from Anita after I brought the complaint to bear. Finally the movers/installers moved items and damaged side molding and frames.Update: fixed my daughters room carpet however the stairway carpet was done too short and has gaps in the side. No follow up was done to address the matter.
