Excellent service. Anita Behr was the sales rep that helped me. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable. She guided me to carpet that was perfect for my needs. The installers did a wonderful job. Carpet king did a wonderful job of helping us with our carpet. The transaction was easy- we were able to purchase the carpet and it was installed quickly and it looks great. Joe was an awesome helpful salesperson too.

My experience with Carpet King (now Carpet Expo) went from casually doing an exploratory look at their inventory to giving them all of my renovation flooring in my rental unit, including kitchen. I was immediately impressed with their wide selection, with several manufacturers, unlike other carpet companies I'd called. Tony, the store manager, was very personable and easy to work with. After my initial consultation, he was prepared with samples for me to look at. Appointments were made and kept promptly, without long wait times for product in spite of industry wide supply chain issues. The installers were punctal, very polite, efficient, and neat. Throughout the process, Tony kept in touch by phone or text to give me regular updates about parts of the project. Prices were a low-ball compared to other companies. Given my experience with Carpet Expo, I endorse them highly and without reservation. They truly convey a care for their customers' satisfaction and for the quality of their product doubt could be matched by others.

My friend and I did research and then decided to go to Flooring Expo in Roseville, MN where we met Claire Lund, an energetic, respectful, fully knowledgeable sales person. She LISTENED , took her time and fulfilled our needs for each of our homes This is a woman-run store and we could not have been more impressed. I expect our installations to go just as smoothly as our initial meeting with Claire did. I highly recommend Claire and this store.

Amy was great! We really liked that she asked specific questions and made sure we were getting the right feel for the room. Not only the type and feel of the carpet, but making sure to get the right color. Not pushy. Just helpful and honest. We really appreciate this kind of sales advice. Our room turned out great and their knowledge and experience was definitely a part of that!

This store is a great asset the city of Roseville. They have very good quality products. The sales people know about the products and the ins and outs of the installations. Awesome communication, great service and really nice product. Bought carpet and linoleum during the 4th of July sale and it was worth every penny.

The initial set up and execution of the sale went very well; however the individual that measured my carpet measured it short and my daughters closet never got carpeted. No follow up whatsoever from the sales rep; no follow up from Anita after I brought the complaint to bear. Finally the movers/installers moved items and damaged side molding and frames.Update: fixed my daughters room carpet however the stairway carpet was done too short and has gaps in the side. No follow up was done to address the matter.

Just walked in the store with out a greeting. very poor customer service stayed in the store aboit two minutes I would not spend my money.

We had some recent flooding that ruined carpet in one room and in areas of an adjacent room. We removed entire carpet and padding from one room, and just some of the padding from the adjacent. Sher found us a very close match to the original (now out of stock) carpet, and arranged for the padding-only room to be fixed and restretched to keep cost down. The entire process was managed extremely well, with excellent communication throughout. Installers were great too. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Poor communication. I needed to reinstall an existing carpet with a new pad. I also needed to level my basement closet. Along the way I talked to six different people, and there was repeated miscommunication. The leveling charge was not entered or scheduled properly. It turns out it was supposed to be about $100 more, and they were supposed to send out a different team. But by the time they realized that, it was too late to reschedule. So they installed part of the carpet and were going to come back later to do the closet after it was leveled. I decided to level the closet myself. After the first install, I saw that they used two different carpet pads in the same room. They also didn't stretch it enough or trim it right. When I complained, they said they would send someone to take a look. The people who came were the same installation people as before, and they didn't know I had a complaint about the first install. Instead they thought they were going to install the carpet in the closet, but the closet wasn't ready yet. When the installation person was talking to his manager on his cell, I overheard the manager tell him to put an extra layer of pad underneath the unlevel parts of the closet. When I complained about it not being stretched enough or trimmed properly, the installation person tried to tell me that was the best they could do, even though I had shown photos to the store manager and they had agreed it was not a good job. When I pointed out the two different pads, the installation person said he'd never seen one of them before and they just use what they're given. I decided to cancel altogether and get the job finished with a different company. They were kind enough to refund me for the closet install because it had not been done yet. Overall my experience was a big headache. I do not recommend Carpet King.

Kitchen flooring 64 year old was amazing and did a excellent job of taking care of customer. Carpet guy did well but had to Troy him and did fabulous.

A great no hassle experience!! Anita provided great customer service and went to bat for us in getting exceptional pricing. No request was out of reason and was executed above our expectations.

My experience was great working with Toni at the Roseville store! She made sure everything was taken care of for me! I will definitely go back to her in the future!! She sent the best team of artisans to put the wood floor in! Ask for Pavel’s team! They all did excellent work and went the extra mile: they had to take my accordion-style closet doors off to put in the floor. When they put them back on, they slide better than they ever did!!! I even suspect someone adjusted my hanging blinds! They REALLY care about the quality of their work!!Thank you all!

They were awesome, understanding when I didn’t remember the carpet I had picked out weeks before. The installer was professional, cheerful and made excellent recommendations on minor installation choices. Love the final results, the color is perfect.

We went to Carpet King to get hard surface floor and carpet for our home, after a disastrous attempt at working with a big box retailer. The team was communicative, and the finished product is great. It went so well, we are going back for the countertop the big box retailer screwed up, too.
