Our carpet was ruined by a local carpet cleaner. We reached out to Carpet King since they had replaced the carpet for us when we first bought the home. Karsten was a pleasure to work with and he got our carpet replaced extremely fast. Never had any issues and everything went great both times I used them to carpet my home.

Wonderful. Toni at the Roseville store has been fabulous. They helped me with obtaining Coretec flooring and now with MSI quartz countertops. Yep they do countertops too. Always willing to match any prices that competitors offered without any hesitation. I’ll be back for more flooring in the near future.

Anita Behr is incredibly helpful, knows what you need before you do. She is not only knowledgeable but efficient. We had a terrific experience when picking out our LVP flooring, so much so that we have returned to get our carpeting replaced with her also. Overall wonderful service, quality products and timely installation.

My salesperson, Sue, has been most helpful over the years that I've used her for flooring my home and my rental properties. She is knowledgeable and makes sure that I have the best product for the best price. She also makes sure that everything is done in a timely and efficient manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I needed my attic carpet torn out and replaced with wood flooring because it was so old. I went into Carpet King as recommended by a good friend. Let me tell you, the room looks like a completely different room. So much more modern and beautiful with the new flooring! Thank you to the great staff!

Just walked in the store with out a greeting. very poor customer service stayed in the store aboit two minutes I would not spend my money.

We had some recent flooding that ruined carpet in one room and in areas of an adjacent room. We removed entire carpet and padding from one room, and just some of the padding from the adjacent. Sher found us a very close match to the original (now out of stock) carpet, and arranged for the padding-only room to be fixed and restretched to keep cost down. The entire process was managed extremely well, with excellent communication throughout. Installers were great too. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Pricing and selection were fine, but they contract out installation. I must have gotten a bad installer because the initial job had several issues. I had to wait a few weeks to get those fixed. A few months later, the flooring began peeling up. So, I assume it wasn't installed correctly in the first place.

They initially visit was informational. The installation was fast and professional.

The whole experience was good. Our sales person, Cher was knowledgeable and low pressure. The installers were on time and very nice. They worked very hard and did quality work. We were very happy working with carpet King, we would use them again!

Toni is pleasant to work with and was very good at guiding us through the myriad of flooring options and samples to decide relatively quickly on a few top choices. And throughout the whole process we were very appreciative of how accommodating she was to our evolving preferences and couple of necessary schedule changes. Our sales man Dean Baker was great! He was very friendly and knew exactly what we’re looking for. Also the installers were efficient and friendly. My wife and I will definitely use carpet kings again!

From start to finish the service was excellent. William at the Ridgedale store helped me find just what was looking for. The person came to measure on time and when he said he would. Justin did an excellent job of laying the carpet and was very conscious about taking off shoes. Every thing was done in a timely manner and very friendly and professional. We asked for a rescheduled date. We went into the Eagan Store personally spoke with John and asked for a delay in installation to February.

I received a text that installers were on their way to the house I text back not today they proceeded with installation. I went into the Eagan store and spoke with John he made excuses and said he would have the installer call me. No one has called me to this date

Love this company. I plan to use them again in the summer to replace the carpet in the lower level of my home.

The installers arrived within the time frame scheduled. They made sure it was the correct carpet before installing. We had a family room and two bedrooms done and it looks beautiful. They beat all prices. Definitely would have them do the carpet for the other rooms in our house.

Horrible experience, never again don’t use them ever!

We purshased and had made a cash down a payment for the carpet. When we went to the store to sign the agreement the supervisor was there. How rude and unprofessional was she. When she bought up the furniture part of us having to move the furniture. We explained we didn’t know. She immediately was out raged and yelled at us and said well who’s gonna move it we are not!! She then threw her chair back and again yelled at us and said well I was gonna give it to you’s for free. But now I’m not. Well we were not looking for a hand out. And had not asked for one either. We are paying cash. And work hard for our money to throw it away. I don’t know what she was thinking or if she was prejudice. She was sooo UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO SHE WAS THE SUPERVISOR. We said to her NO SWEETIE THAT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE! We could not believe how rude she was. The part that blew us away was she suppose to be a supervisor. Therefore we asked to cancel the order. And refund our money. This is the Coonrapids Anoka store. And we will take our business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. However the sales rep Jessica was very polite to us and professional. Her supervisor should not be a supervisor and needs to take herself to anger management. She just lost a customer. WORST experience EVER! Do not buy from Carpet King

I had carpet installed winter 2018. Within month it was showing wear in high traffic areas. Immediately following installation carpet began pulling out. I find pieces of carpet all over the house. At first I thought they were just left over from Instalation. It’s been about 7 months now and the stray fibers continue to show up. It’s obviously not from Instalation. They sent an inspector out to review. His report basically says normal wear and tear. Two people live in the house with very little guests. The carpet should not be falling apart at 6 months. They refused to help now I fear I will need to replace the carpet at my expense.

This review is solely related to the measuring/quoting process. Professional in person and it was easy to schedule someone to come measure. What I didn’t like and was ultimately the reason we didn’t go with carpet king was how the quote was presented and the lack of consistent communication. No where on our quote did it have the breakdown of the cost. I like to know the cost per square foot and the labor cost breakdown. Those things are important to customers, I cannot hire a company to complete a job for me if I only see an arbitrary number. I requested that information be provided during the in person measure and in my opinion it should always be included without asking.
