The sales person (Jim) was excellent. The installers and installation job were excellent. Why only 3 stars? I expected the install to begin early on install day. But no one called me until I started calling and asking what was going on. I got time delayed time windows (after having to ask what was going on) and the last window began at 5:30 pm. I waited all day, watching for them to arrive with no furniture as I had moved it into the garage. I said 5:30 was too late to install, on a job that I was told would be a full day. I slept on the floor, which was easier than moving my bed back into the house and then back out to the garage. So they came the next day. After I complained, Jim contacted 2 people. One really didnt care about the delay and the other never called back.

WOW #2 - Eric laid a beautiful marble tile by Dixie Home in our bathroom. He did a perfect job and left it clean as a whistle -- he is a true artist!

I have been working with Flooring Expo extensively over the last couple months, as we just moved in to a new home and completely updated all the floors. We purchased carpet and luxury vinyl plank flooring from them, and we are so happy with how it turned out! Don at the store was such a great help answering our questions, helping us select our dream floor design and giving us an awesome deal. We had our carpet installed by their crew, and they did a great job. There was one minor flaw that I noticed after the install, and they sent another technician out quickly to correct it. We are so happy with our floors.

Very disappointed. After spending more than $8000 with Flooring Expo, to add new flooring to two sections of our home, we realized when the cold weather set in, that the flooring we were sold for our 3 season porch section, was only warranted to 50 degrees F. This was despite having clearly stated when we were choosing flooring that the floor for our 3 season porch would need to withstand all temps and possibly wet conditions. After seeing our floor warp, buckle, and seperate as the weather got colder, we asked why we were sold flooring that would not withstand our winter cold temps. After much discussion and emails over several months, we were advised that we should have read the outside of the box, before having our contractor install. It is now up to us to remove, and replace with a suitable new floor. All expenses to be on our own account. I am sorry, but this is not acceptable.

All the guys were great. Don and Josh were extremely helpful. The installer did any excellent job. There was no damage to our trim. My only suggestion is that they need better pad options. They need to check in with their competitors.

Don got us a great deal on 1000+ sq ft of carpet for our new home! Got it installed next day, and even ran to the Maplewood location to get us extra samples to see! Installers were professional and got it done in half the expected time! Couldn't be happier!

Josh was fantastic. He went above and beyond trying to get us the floor we wanted at a price we could afford. Would go there again in a second.

We love our CoreTech floor especially after water got into our basement. After wiping & drying the planks, we could reuse the material! It was not damaged & the tech from flooring Expo was able to re-lay it for a nominal cost! We are return customers!!

They were both very pleasant, conscientious and capable. They did an AWESOME job, and completed the install in one day! I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Flooring Expo in Woodbury for your flooring needs!

Dust and dirt from the process is everywhere. We were "promised" it would be left in move-in ready condition. Just icing on the cake. Warning: SPEND your money elsewhere.

Very competitively priced kitchen flooring. Excellent installation of luxury vinyl plank done by Scott. Couldn't be happier. Our carpet was seamlessly installed today. The installer was hard working polite on time. Alfredo did a professional install and worked non stop .

This is my second purchase of carpet. The first was my basement the staff was helpful and the installation was the best. The delivery was on time and flawless. And it looks great. Just bought carpet for the upstairs great pricing. Was less expensive then competitor. Highly recommend flooring expo.

Sales, selection, price, product, initial installation were all good. But as so often happens, they were short a few trim pieces. Promised to order them and call me when they had them--10 days tops. Fine. I waited 2 weeks, hadn't heard, so I called. Told me pieces just arrived, they would have service call to set up a date. Heard nothing. Made repeated calls. Finally, service promised to arrive afternoon of Thursday. No-show, no call to explain. Half a dozen more calls, another missed date, before they FINALLY finished the job. Took all of 30 minutes to finish. It's fine now, but wow, what a pain. ADVICE: Hold back at least 20%, better yet, half the payment, until everything is done.

Over a month ago we ordered carpets and laminate wood floors, after instalations were done the workers noticed that the wrong connection molding that goes between rooms was wrong. The worker told us that they would need to order a new piece, which would take a few days, and once it came in they would install the new piece. So after a week my husband called to check on the status of the order. He was told by a worker that the order was closed because they thought that everything was installed already. We were promised that the order was going to be reopened and that someone from the warehouse would give us a call when the part was ordered, arrived, and ready to be repaired. Another week went by and nothing happened. A week went by and my husband called again, and was apologized to and told that they didn't know anything about the situation but they would reorder the part again. He called the office again and was told that everything was supposed to be ready Tuesday 1/09/18, my I went to the office in person to make sure that everything has been ordered. They assured me they have the part and someone will come in tomorrow 1/11/18 to install the part. I am very angry and disappointment that it took 3 separate calls and for me going to the business in person to get some sort of answers and accountability from the company. This is terrible and untrustworthy customer service. I shouldn't have to wait over a month to finally get something fixed that I originally paid for.

This was the worst experience I've ever had buying flooring. We ordered our laminate flooring back in October 2016. We worked with Matt. We were told the flooring would take 1-2 weeks to arrive but probably closer to 2. We agreed and purchased the floor. Well the flooring ended up taking not 2 weeks to arrive but 3 MONTHS! However our floor is still not installed. In top of the 3 month wait for floor, we have been dealing with another month of excuses for why we can't get our floor installed. it is now the end of January 2017 and we STILL don't have our floor. We keep getting the run around and not ONCE has anyone offered a solution or anything for that matter to make this experience right. I will never use these people again. Terrible service, terrible wait. Yesterday we asked Matt to just give us the floor and we will find someone else to install it OR to give us our money back. Instead of agreeing and apologizing for such an inconvenience. He told us he is going to have to talk to someone first so he doesn't "burn any bridges with them." Well you've burned this bridge. Worst experience ever. Will not recommend to anyone.

Matt helped me out with some great information to get me set up to get everything I needed to do the self install AND got me a great price on a high quality laminate. I have had my flooring installed for about a year and I still love it. What's even better is it still looks great. I went back to see Matt again for kitchen flooring this week and once I make up my mind I will be buying from him again. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Flooring Expo is where I go now for all my flooring needs! I can't wait to see the great prices when its time for bedroom carpet! You can't beat the prices here for the quality of flooring you get for your dollar. If you are in the market for flooring give these guys a call or swing in and check them out!
