Over a month ago we ordered carpets and laminate wood floors, after instalations were done the workers noticed that the wrong connection molding that goes between rooms was wrong. The worker told us that they would need to order a new piece, which would take a few days, and once it came in they would install the new piece. So after a week my husband called to check on the status of the order. He was told by a worker that the order was closed because they thought that everything was installed already. We were promised that the order was going to be reopened and that someone from the warehouse would give us a call when the part was ordered, arrived, and ready to be repaired. Another week went by and nothing happened. A week went by and my husband called again, and was apologized to and told that they didn't know anything about the situation but they would reorder the part again. He called the office again and was told that everything was supposed to be ready Tuesday 1/09/18, my I went to the office in person to make sure that everything has been ordered. They assured me they have the part and someone will come in tomorrow 1/11/18 to install the part. I am very angry and disappointment that it took 3 separate calls and for me going to the business in person to get some sort of answers and accountability from the company. This is terrible and untrustworthy customer service. I shouldn't have to wait over a month to finally get something fixed that I originally paid for.
