Flooring Expo by Carpet King

I shopped around quite a bit when I was looking for laminate flooring for my living room last year. I checked all the big box stores and then checked in with they guys at Flooring Expo. Matt helped me out with some great information to get me set up to get everything I needed to do the self install AND got me a great price on a high quality laminate.I have had my flooring installed for about a year and I still love it. What's even better is it still looks great.I went back to see Matt again for kitchen flooring this week and once I make up my mind I will be buying from him again.The staff here is friendly and helpful. Flooring Expo is where I go now for all my flooring needs! I can't wait to see the great prices when its time for bedroom carpet! As a general contractor I know and have worked with a number of flooring suppliers. I tried Flooring Expo to track down a hardwood floor I had seen elsewhere and was pleasantly surprised that Matt was able to not only find and acquire the floor, but do so at a better price than the Big Box I had seen it at. Because of my luck the first time, I went back to compare price and quality on carpet for my upstairs, only to find that the price on carpet was even more competitive than on the hardwood. I have since began using Flooring Expo as my supplier to all of my customers. They have never missed a measure and have always delivered quality material, service, and very competitive prices.Thousands and thousands of square feet and not a single complaint!!!

Terrible service at this location, I placed an order over the phone they ran the card and never mentioned I had to actually come in and sign for the order. Now 5 days later when I called to check on the order status they tell me I have to come in and sign before they could place the order, you better believe they ran the credit card the day it was ordered. Will be going elsewhere for the flooring needs in the future.
