Flooring Expo by Carpet King

The price of carpet was grest and the installation was fantastic. Thank you !! 😊

The experience was wonderful. The staff in the store were helpful in selecting a product that met our needs and very helpful in the measurement and prep process. The crew that completed the installation was amazing-they finished the 1700 sq foot project in one day! They were respectful, helpful, timely, friendly and made sure everything was cleaned up as they went. They made sure the flooring pattern lined up throughout the entire house which provides a wonderful visual experience with the flooring pattern. I would recommend the installation crew that completed the installation at my house 💯!

Excellent customer service. Carpet mill sent wasn't up to our expectations and Flooring expo immediately worked with us to make sure we got carpet we were satisfied with, even letting us change carpet style and color.

The men who put in our new flooring and carpet were very kind, did great work and went above and beyond my expectations. The floors look fantastic.

Everyone is extremely helpful. All of my concerns were addressed. Thank you so much for your help.

Amazing customer service!!! The products they sell are quality! Their workmanship is A+. We purchased our flooring It took a very little time to get it, it was installed with care. They were very polite, cleaned up after, in a timely manner! We have never had so many compliments on our luxury vinyl flooring. It looks and feels like wood, and it’s family durable… Tested! I’ve been referring all my friends & co-workers to Flooring Expo. It’s Hassle-Free, the way it’s suppose to be! Thank you Jim & Crew!!!!

Very happy from the beginning to the end with Flooring Expo. Love the carpeting.

My installers were professional, couteous, and respectful. There were a couple issues that were quickly remedied on installation day. There were a couple issues found afterwards that were quickly and efficiently resolved. So pleased with the high level of customer service with this project. Will definitely use them again. This was my second job from them.
