The installer did a good job. He spent a lot of time pulling up the old floor and scraping all the old glue down to a smooth surface which was great. The only thing that could have been better was the caulking around the shower. All in all, we are happy with our floor choice and the installation.

Great experience with Jim at the Woodbury, MN location. His team of installers were very professional and easy to work with. My husband and I ended up here after a horrible experience with another floor company. Unlike the other company, they listened to what we wanted, were transparent with pricing, actually knew the products they were selling and how they were installed, not condescending to myself who was managing this project on our home. We had all of our floors replaced in our home going from carpet in most of the home to engineered hardwood. We went from builder grade carpet to vastly better carpet and changed the vinyl flooring in the bathrooms. All transitions between the different floorings have been seamless. We did run into a couple issues that were resolved as soon as Jim was made aware. A piece of trim wasn't fully nailed in, and he sent someone out to fix right away. Other issue was vinyl flooring we ordered, vendor told them that it was delayed due to port issues and after two months told Jim that they didn't know if they ordered it for us. Jim was able to resolve issue as soon as he found out and we were able to get new flooring ordered and installed from a different vendor with in 2 weeks. Highly recommend working with this company if you want great work.

What a great experience. The salespeople are so knowledgeable which helped the decision making process. Our installers were great. Very personable and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable and meticulous with installation. We loved the result.

Flooring Expo by Carpet King carries shaw flooring products. The luxury vinyl we ordered for our basement is gorgeous. We received very good customer care service throughout the process and the installation crew worked very hard to get the install done in one day!

We did our entire house floors on 9/24. They assigned two crews for the job, hardwood first, carpet second. Both crews did an outstanding job—very clean, very respectful, and amazingly fast. If you are looking for a flooring project, go with this company; you won't regret it. We had several quotes from different companies, including HD. and we felt that the only company that actually knew what needed to be done was FlorringExpo. From sales to installation, everything was great. I believe that you can do things cheaper, but here we got 0% APR for financing, so no issues there.

Recommendations have been great as far as carpet grade and installation quality has been good to great in several properties they've worked with us on. They have even re-stretched a carpet they'd installed for us after some damage occurred in the home. We are really pleased with Flooring Expo and their team in Woodbury!

Really appreciated the knowledge he had and the large flooring samples that we were able to take home to see how we liked the flooring in different sunlight, et al. The installation crew was top notch, so hard working, professional and dedicated. The installation crew really pushed it over the edge to a complete five star review for me.
