Great experience with Jim at the Woodbury, MN location. His team of installers were very professional and easy to work with. My husband and I ended up here after a horrible experience with another floor company. Unlike the other company, they listened to what we wanted, were transparent with pricing, actually knew the products they were selling and how they were installed, not condescending to myself who was managing this project on our home. We had all of our floors replaced in our home going from carpet in most of the home to engineered hardwood. We went from builder grade carpet to vastly better carpet and changed the vinyl flooring in the bathrooms. All transitions between the different floorings have been seamless. We did run into a couple issues that were resolved as soon as Jim was made aware. A piece of trim wasn't fully nailed in, and he sent someone out to fix right away. Other issue was vinyl flooring we ordered, vendor told them that it was delayed due to port issues and after two months told Jim that they didn't know if they ordered it for us. Jim was able to resolve issue as soon as he found out and we were able to get new flooring ordered and installed from a different vendor with in 2 weeks. Highly recommend working with this company if you want great work.
