This was the worst experience I've ever had buying flooring. We ordered our laminate flooring back in October 2016. We worked with Matt Schumi. We were told the flooring would take 1-2 weeks to arrive but probably closer to 2. We agreed and purchased the floor. Well the flooring ended up taking not 2 weeks to arrive but 3 MONTHS! However our floor is still not installed. In top of the 3 month wait for floor, we have been dealing with another month of excuses for why we can't get our floor installed. it is now the end of January 2017 and we STILL don't have our floor. We keep getting the run around and not ONCE has anyone offered a solution or anything for that matter to make this experience right. I will never use these people again. Terrible service, terrible wait. Yesterday we asked Matt Schumi to just give us the floor and we will find someone else to install it OR to give us our money back. Instead of agreeing and apologizing for such an inconvenience. He told us he is going to have to talk to someone first so he doesn't "burn any bridges with them." Well you've burned this bridge. Worst experience ever. Will not recommend to anyone.

We had some upstairs carpet replaced recently by Flooring Expo. Sam did an excellent job of assessing our needs and providing a competitive price for the carpet and installation. The installation team called promptly on the install day to confirm the address and completed the install quickly. The final result was excellent and I would recommend them in the future.

The entire process was quick and easy. From Jim doing an in-home consultation, to carpet ordering and install was less than 2 weeks and they replaced all the carpet in our house in just one day. We love our new carpet!

Jim Nordby was very helpful as we selected the carpet for two areas of our home. Each appointment for measurement and install was on time as promised. We were concerned about lining up the pattern of our living room carpet with the wood floor, and the installation team listened to our thoughts and did a great job with that. The installation team did a perfect job. We love our new flooring.

All went well but it would have been nice to have at least one reasonably-good English-speaking installer. One spoke not at all, the other only knew key words, i.e. hello, tape, check?. They couldn't understand my questions regarding the ice maker tubing, centering the refrigerator in its space, etc., without much motioning and pointing.

I had a great experience working with Jim Nordby selecting flooring for my basement. Flooring expo had just the product I was looking for and a good selection of colors. The scheduling & installation went smoothly too. Installers showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were nice, professional, organized & very efficient but detailed. Very happy with the whole process.

We wanted to replace carpet in a room with a wood laminate flooring so we stopped into Flooring Expo in Woodbury. The sales consultant was very helpful and helped us find what we needed and wanted. I wanted to install it myself, so we ordered it and it was delivered to a local warehouse faster than expected and they loaded it into a trailer on my vehicle for me. Great product at a great price compared to what I found online and elsewhere!

The installer did a good job. He spent a lot of time pulling up the old floor and scraping all the old glue down to a smooth surface which was great. The only thing that could have been better was the caulking around the shower. All in all, we are happy with our floor choice and the installation.

Excellent customer service. Carpet mill sent wasn't up to our expectations and Flooring expo immediately worked with us to make sure we got carpet we were satisfied with, even letting us change carpet style and color.

The men who put in our new flooring and carpet were very kind, did great work and went above and beyond my expectations. The floors look fantastic.
