The entire process was quick and easy. From Jim doing an in-home consultation, to carpet ordering and install was less than 2 weeks and they replaced all the carpet in our house in just one day. We love our new carpet!

We could not have had a better experience !! From the minute we walked into the store and met Jim, to the installers of our luxury vinal and carpeting. The service of the installers was outstanding and they were all so friendly, fast and thorough. Our salesman Jim was so patient and took the time to really listen to us. I would recommend Floor Expo by Carpet King in Woodbury , MN 100%.

Worked with Sam and he did a great job of getting us what we were looking for and guiding us through the process. The installers were excellent. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new upstairs carpet.

Jim Nordby was very helpful as we selected the carpet for two areas of our home. Each appointment for measurement and install was on time as promised. We were concerned about lining up the pattern of our living room carpet with the wood floor, and the installation team listened to our thoughts and did a great job with that. All in all, we had a great experience with Flooring Expo by Carpet King.

They did a great job on the install. Carpet is fantastic and the upgraded pad feels great on the feet. The installation crew moved some furniture around in each room and was able to install around the drawers in the closets. Very happy with the product and overall experience. Well done!

All went well but it would have been nice to have at least one reasonably-good English-speaking installer. One spoke not at all, the other only knew key words, i.e. hello, tape, check?. They couldn't understand my questions regarding the ice maker tubing, centering the refrigerator in its space, etc., without much motioning and pointing.

I had a great experience working with Jim Nordby selecting flooring for my basement. Flooring expo had just the product I was looking for and a good selection of colors. The scheduling & installation went smoothly too. Installers showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were nice, professional, organized & very efficient but detailed. Very happy with the whole process.

We wanted to replace carpet in a room with a wood laminate flooring so we stopped into Flooring Expo in Woodbury. The sales consultant was very helpful and helped us find what we needed and wanted. I wanted to install it myself, so we ordered it and it was delivered to a local warehouse faster than expected and they loaded it into a trailer on my vehicle for me. Great product at a great price compared to what I found online and elsewhere!

I would highly recommend Flooring Expo by Carpet King for the installation of carpet. My brother and I have a rental property that needed the entire, large unit carpeted, and Flooring Expo offered by far the best price, compared to several other companies. They were punctual, professional, communicative and efficient - they finished the job in just a few hours. The carpets look beautiful and were expertly installed. This is an excellent company with a great team!

The installer did a good job. He spent a lot of time pulling up the old floor and scraping all the old glue down to a smooth surface which was great. The only thing that could have been better was the caulking around the shower. All in all, we are happy with our floor choice and the installation.
