I can't begin to explain how amazing my experience was with Stella Dinevics at Agence Thom. As an American, I was completely naive to the workings of the French real estate market. As soon as I met Stella, she began to explain the process, educate me about my rights and connect me with people who could assist with the process. Execellent Sevice via Rachel Gallard from the beginning to the end! House marketed and sold within 1 week. Assisted throughout the selling process including the arrangement of all conformity checks, and the cancellation of electric, water and house taxes etc. Very highly recommended for a service that goes above and beyond what you would receive from any British Agency.
Très content de 2 visites virtuelles qui m’ont permis d’affiner mon projet d’achat et d’éviter de longs trajets en cette période estivale. Les photos en 360 degrés sont incroyables en qualité et permettent de se projeter dans les murs après avoir passé la porte d’entrée comme si on y était ! Je recontacterai votre agence dès qu’un nouveau bien correspondra à mon besoin pour une nouvelle visite en 3D.

Une agence qui n'a pas vraiment le sens du service et c'est bien dommage : le rythme est le leur, la façon de faire pour visiter est la leur, le planning est le leur. Très intéressé par un bien qui était proposé, on finit par abandonner sans même avoir pu visiter le bien (le comble). Je ne recommande pas au vu du manque de flexibilité et d'écoute envers les clients.
Jane and her team have made the sale of our house seamless. We cannot recommend her agency enough. Nothing is to much trouble and she and the team guide you through the whole process.

Félicitations à Madame Christelle LEFRAIS pour les travaux d estimation qu elle a effectués sur la commune de Champeon à savoir : - Visite fouillée avec photos. - Bon relationnel - Bon délais d exécution - Rapport estimatif très détaillé avec points de comparaison explicites Qualité de travail exemplaire ( qui est le reflet du travail effectué lors de son ancienne activité) Pour info, avons vendu le bien personnellement en 5 jours au prix de l estimation... Top marks for Ed Williams of Agence Thom! We had a property for sale that wasn't particularly attractive, no garden and sited in a village with few amenities. For four years, we signed up with different estate agents, who promised sun, moon and stars but none of them made the slightest effort to promote our property, let alone produce any viewings.
