I went in to them asking for a carpet that is for high traffic and that will last for a long time as carpet is spendy. I was sold a 100 percent nylon carpet that was a bur bur style and after 6 months it is all ready worn in the places we walk on. I am very disappointed and I called to tell them I should not see wear marks all ready. they sent some dude to look at it and he states there is nothing wrong with it. They are not doing anything to help fight for a warranty to be used. What is the point to pay for one if they will not except it. I am confused on how a carpet after 6 months with a family of 4 and one medium dog will wear carpet that fast. This company sucks at taking care of there clients. Do not try to cut corners on cheaper places that do not stand behind there products. Pay the extra and go down the street to through bred carpet. I know a worker there and they are always willing to help you. Carpet king/trade direct is horrible company!
