The process was sloppy and misleading from the start. First the manager gave me qoutes for multiple areas in my home. When I chose the master bedroom and hallway, he suddenly claimed he “forgot to write down the hallway measurements,” even though he had already quoted it. I originally wanted to do the 36 month financing but he said that would change the price? so i went with 24 months instead. he insisted i complete the financing on his computer he put in 40k for the amount i had to correct that mistake myelf at the end of the the application the project was only 4k. i still don't know why he added an extra 0. the financing posted before the flooring even arrived. he said it wouldn't post until the job was complete. i was told whatever was financed is what i would pay. no upselling no extra charges. when the contractors arrived i was hit with suprise charges. an extra 500 or 320 if i bought the materials myself. I only bought an 8×4 board for 25$ yet the contract claimed it covered 128 square feet, which makes no sense. They also didn’t even use the full board I purchased. There were more issues with my project, but I’d be here all day listing them. The installers were the only ones who actually did their job right.
