My experience with Flooring Expo was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their flooring or redesign their space. The installation service was fast, professional, and well done. I especially recommend working with their design consultant, Chris Chu. He helped design and deliver a beautiful floor that exceeded our expectations.

I was very impressed with how fast we were able to get carpet, Patrick and another guy greeted us when we walked into the store and found what we wanted in minutes, and I feel bad i didn’t get the names of the installers but they were in and out so fast leaving a job done perfectly. I would highly recommend.

We’re going on their third attempt to install our luxury vinyl. Today they showed up to fix the second repair’s repairs and realized they didn’t even order the materials to fix it. We moved our entire entry level for the third time in 2 years only to find out they never even ordered enough to replace what they installed incorrectly. Absolutely atrocious service.

While the carpet quality is impressive, the installation is still a work in progress. After installation, my doors won’t even close. It’s been such a hassle getting them to respond! Solutions are still being addressed

Very nice and knowledgeable salesman. Very happy with the product and the installation. Installers were very nice, seeked approval for which direction to lay the plank flooring. They were very thorough. I have used this company in the past and was happy with their work. I will definitely recommend this company to family, friends and coworkers. And special thanks to Tony for all his help. ps: I love my stairs

Would not recommend this place have gone through this company three times two of the times it got messed up the sales representatives will not help you don't want to help you after you pay them full payment for labor and materials before they even start so once they get paid they don't want to help you any longer tell you to talk to the install company it's an absolute joke go somewhere that you pay half down and then half when they're done that's how should be I would never go here again

We had a new kitchen floor put in today. From the time we walked in the store until the job was finished today it was an awesome experience and very professional. Our salesperson Jessica was extremely helpful and the installer Alex is a perfectionist. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience - Joe was our salesperson and his customer service was outstanding. He made sure we got a terrific deal, ensured we got our product when we needed it even though it was backordered from the manufacturer, answered all our questions, and was wonderful to work with. We'll be buying all our flooring from Flooring Expo!

I spent big money on the floor I wanted.. the trim was to be in 7 ft sections came in 4ft asked to return them told 40% stocking fee then called back told me not able to return customer service absolutely terrible talk to you on the phone as if they couldn't care less .. stick to the big box stores where they care about their customers

We had an excellent experience working with Joe on our carpet selection and installation. The carpet was delivered when expected and installation scheduled promptly. The installers were respectful, worked rapidly and did an excellent job, including on steps, around railing spindles and transitions to both tile and other carpeted rooms.

Amazing job! We did vinyl plank throughout our kitchen, living room, and mudroom. They went above and beyond to make sure the floor was prepped and flat beforehand (we had some holes patched and uneven floors). Everything is so smooth and looks like perfection. The crew was the most respectful crew I have ever had in my home. I would 100% recommend them!

Our salesman Joe was outstanding and very fair. He gave us great advice and wasn't pushy at all-he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The guys they sent to install the carpet were friendly and trustworthy and did a great job for us. All in all it was a very good experience and I will recommend them to everyone!!!

we love the carpet we chose. it was installed in a very timely manner! I did have a little clean up to do & one of picture frames was broken, but things happen in construction. overall, the Flooring Expo did a great job fro. start to finish!
