We had a wonderful experience purchasing and having our new flooring installed! Steve was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. His follow-up was excellent, and we always felt well taken care of.We chose the LaConte Oak flooring from IFC, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The installers were quick, professional, and did a great job. There was an issue with the pattern layout that I wasn’t happy with, and they came back to make it right without any complaints or hesitation. That level of customer service really stood out to us.Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and absolutely love our new floors. We would definitely recommend this flooring store to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service!

Great experience! We needed to replace some carpet in a rental - they came out the next day for an estimate, and the carpet was installed a few days later. Quick and easy process, the final install looks great. The installers were on time, professional, and did a wonderful job.

I had a relatively large job. I carpeted the upstairs and downstairs of my house. The team showed up on time and we were able to get it done within eight hours. Flooring Expo was able to coordinate an excellent job. I’m very satisfied.

Susan was very helpful and kept me well informed of the order and when it arrived and setting up the installation. The Installation team was very fast and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks amazing.

Extremely happy with Steve S (Maplewood manager) He arrived @ my home within hours to start the process. Stayed with me every step of the way. When was the last time I can say that (never). Outstanding service and also installers were hard workers and did their best to please!

We had excellent service from start to finish. Floor looks great, and Steve & Sue were easy to work with. Steve made sure to check with us before and after the installation to make their was good communication and we were happy with the finished product. We couple minor issues with the trim and Steve made sure the technicians made it right. He was not happy until we were happy and satisfied. I would definitely recommend Flooring Expo of Maplewood.

It was a wonderful experience working with Flooring Expo by Carpet King on our flooring projects. Steve, the Maplewood showroom manager, was so helpful in our decision-making process. He was always available to answer questions and he was always sure to give us updates on installation schedules. The LVP flooring installers and carpet installers were polite and professional. This was our second time going through Carpet King. And we will definitely choose them again in future flooring projects!

Went instore to purchase some new carpet. Met with Steve and had a great experience. He was very helpful and explained differences in carpet pad, carpet and warranty. He comes out to home and does the measurement himself. He followed up after installation to make sure all went well. Great customer service!

Our experience was honestly amazing. We had 3 other estimates and once Steve walked in our house we knew we were going with flooring expo. Steve was super knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole process so smooth. We picked out what we wanted and in no time at all the installer was here and installed our new floor. Steve would even follow up with us to make sure we were happy with everything. Our experience was seamless from start to finish. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for the beautiful floors.

What an easy and stress free experience! Steve was so thoughtful, listened to what we were looking for, and provided us great options. Steve also took great care to make sure we had a fantastic experience from measure to install. The installers let us know when they would arrive, were quick, and did a walk through with us to make sure we were happy with everything before they left. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had an excellent experience at Flooring Expo in Maplewood. Steve is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, taking time to answer all of our questions. We selected Coretec- Calypso Oak and couldn’t be happier. It was apparent that the installation team,Jador and his partner, are experts in installation of LVP. They were professional, expeditious, and friendly. The entire process was quick: ordering, measuring, and installation. We highly recommend working with Steve and the team for your flooring needs!

We had a great experience from the start. Our flooring expert is Steve S. Found the perfect flooring to match existing LVP. Our wait time to install was minimal. The installation went great. The young man was very strong hauling 3 to 4 boxes at a time. Very efficient worker with great work ethic who pretty much worked nonstop. I appreciated that. Thank you to Steve and all the hard workers at Flooring Expo Maplewood. It was a pleasure and I would recommend this business to everyone.

I worked with Steve at Flooring Expo as part of a restoration project due to water damage, including replacing carpet in a bedroom, tile in a bath and LVP in a family room. It was a big job but he made it as easy as possible to find the right samples and products and it got done fast. Lovely experience overall and it turned out great!

Steve was awesome to work with!! I came in to look at LVP and Carpet for our basement project and left the store with full size samples and a scheduled consult/estimate at our house. Within one day of the in home estimate, I had the final cost for both of the products we selected. Installation took place the following week and despite having no overhead lights, the installers did an amazing job!!! We will definitely be connecting with Steve at Flooring Expo for any future needs!!!

Steve was so great to work with when choosing flooring. He went above and beyond with communicating and organizing the install! Both crews for carpet and laminate were incredibly professional and did a top notch job! I was so impressed! I will be coming back again when I update additional flooring. First off, I would like to say a big “Thank you” to Susan Wentland! After himming and hawing for quite some time, I walked in and met her, and immediately she made me feel at ease and comfortable!! She was knowledgeable and we whipped right through the process!! All in all, from start to finish, it was less than a week to have our carpet installed!! Steve Sbarbaro was great!! He was kind and polite, but thorough! They make a great team!!
