I will never recommend Carpet King to anyone! told me they would do something about a finance issue, never did. They don't follow thru on what they tell you. My recommendation, quit lying!!! Fix what you did so people that finance don't get ripped off!!!

We ordered vinyl flooring as well as carpeting for minimal areas. Jim at the Apple Valley location was very helpful in getting us quality materials for the budget we had. He was able to get our product and installation scheduled in the tight time frame we were looking for. The installers were polite, professional, and very hard working! We will definitely be using them again!

I can’t begin to thank the sales staff and installers enough for the beautiful work they did and the gorgeous new carpet installed in my new home! The sales staff was tremendous in getting my carpet deliver expedited, and the installers were very professional and accommodating my space/time as I work from home. I STRONGLY recommend Carpet King as my entire experience was exemplary.....and with new construction that was a most welcome change!! Thank you again for ensuring my carpets in my “country” home in Cannon Falls, MN is nothing short of STELLAR!!!

My experience was great working with Toni at the Roseville store! She made sure everything was taken care of for me! I will definitely go back to her in the future!! She sent the best team of artisans to put the wood floor in! Ask for Pavel’s team! They all did excellent work and went the extra mile: they had to take my accordion-style closet doors off to put in the floor. When they put them back on, they slide better than they ever did!!! I even suspect someone adjusted my hanging blinds! They REALLY care about the quality of their work!! Thank you all!

The carpet guys called when they were on their way and again about being a bit late. That's OK, we live a ways out of town. When they arrived their gear was carried in and they went right to work. Upon completion, all carpet scraps were removed and the carpet was fully vacuumed. The carpet guys proudly showed me the completed installation. Very professional. Carpet King is my first choice for carpets.

The entire process was highly satisfactory. From the knowledgeable and friendly sales associate to the incredible installer. Floors were installed in 6 hours and that included carpet removal, subfloor leveling and installation. The installer, David, was professional and did a high quality work. Will definitely be going back.

Toni at the Roseville location is amazing! We needed somethng affordable and in a hurry - she was very resourceful and helpful in keeping the cost down. Her follow up is awesome - and she oversaw the install and called to be sure I was happy. I will count on her in the future!

The actual install of my garage floor coating was excellent. The installers were very nice guys. The only frustration was the installation was delayed by 2 days due to an installer being sick.

Worst experience of our life! The Carpet was promised to us on Thursday and when it came down to it, they could get any installers until Friday. Install was supposed to be at 10:30 on Friday:however, they only sent 1 installer and a helper and they didn’t arrive until 1:30 on a Friday for a 7-8 hour install job! Can’t believe they sent 1 installer and a helper! Worst company and worse experience! Made our move to our new townhome a colossal nightmare! Because they delayed us a day, the moving company had to put all our furniture in the kitchen! Extremely unprofessional! Last place I would ever order carpet or flooring from!!!

Our carpet was ruined by a local carpet cleaner. We reached out to Carpet King since they had replaced the carpet for us when we first bought the home. Karsten was a pleasure to work with and he got our carpet replaced extremely fast. Never had any issues and everything went great both times I used them to carpet my home.

Wonderful. Toni at the Roseville store has been fabulous. They helped me with obtaining Coretec flooring and now with MSI quartz countertops. Yep they do countertops too. Always willing to match any prices that competitors offered without any hesitation. I’ll be back for more flooring in the near future.

My salesperson, Sue, has been most helpful over the years that I've used her for flooring my home and my rental properties. She is knowledgeable and makes sure that I have the best product for the best price. She also makes sure that everything is done in a timely and efficient manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Susan was awesome in helping us with carpet choices. Finding the right color, texture, and price point we were looking for. On installation day, everything went as scheduled...installer called to confirm his arrival time and provided us with an estimated installation timeframe. He was professional, provided great customer service and did an outstanding job!!! We love our new carpet!

Carpeting King helped us with some carpet that we had replaced because of water damage and they did a fantastic job. Scott was amazing, very very professional and accommodating. We had a great experience from start to finish. We carpeted the whole house and new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The quality of product is far superior then anything you can find in the 'box stores'. Better quality for the money. There is more variety in this store then you think. Compare this quality to the box store and you will be back to this Carpet King -Maplewood location.

They were great. Beat our local supplier by over $800 for the same carpet. Did not know my other quotes, and the savings was off their original quote.
