We worked with Dawn Feda from Hirshfield's home service to design and buy window treatments for the whole house, 16 windows, including 4 very large, and 1 patio door. All of the design was for a fully remodeled house with a very modern design. I am so thoroughly impressed by Dawn's design advice that it is hard to even explain how well all of the colors and designs have worked out for us. All it took was 2 trips from her. The installation was also done faster than promised, and the 2-person husband-wife crew was very efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Hershfield's. They may appear pricey to you, but you will never have any need to reconsider anything again.

It’s now four weeks after the installation, and they finally sent an installer to repair and finish the bungled job. Floor Expo makes you pay for the entire job before the installation, and now we know we know why. We strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere to avoid this nightmare, because it doesn’t get much worse than this.

Worst experience I have had with this type of store. I've been sewing and installing carpet in my own home in my family's homes for 10 years and the moment that I walk in here there and ask a question about if they have a certain type of carpet in stock they looked me up and down and spoke to me like a child. Granted, I am young, but I know exactly what I am talking about. I walked out without doing any further business with them, and will not be going back.

Crew was timely, meticulous and paid attention to detail to make the new wood floors perfect in our space.

The whole experience was a 5+ from start to finish. To get started, Mike, the manager, (& the ladies,too) were extrememly helpful in finding the right color of planking to go in my home. I was able to take advantage of a huge sale, thus the whole price was less than I expected. Their installers only work with the one product (carpet installers do carpet, wood do wood, etc) so the are totally experienced in what they do. They called before they came, and finished in less than 8 hours! They did a beautiful job! I love it!( They even came on a Sat to quickly put in one little piece that had been missed in the order)I totally recommend Flooring Expo.Mike, I'll be back for my basement carpeting!

Pam, Micheal and Sandy were very helpful in finding the right flooring for our project. I highly recommend visiting the Edina store. There was a damaged box when I picked up the luxury vinyl planking. Giuliano, customer service manager, took immediate action and ordered another box. All is good and the flooring looks great! A great alternative to the big box stores.

They are a little expensive, but always super helpful so i don't mind paying more.

Hirshields in Edina is the premier paint and wallpaper retailer. All of the sales consultants are very knowledgeable, especially Tom who is very good with color and really knows the painting industry. Hirshfields is the only place I buy my paint.

Cory helped custum match a paint color. He always does a great job and is so easy to work with. Thanks for your help.

Not helpful in picking out wallpaper and never mentioned to account for repeating pattern when ordering rolls. Seems wallpaper 101... when I mentioned the error and had to order an additional 6 rolls all I got was “I can’t be in your home to see the measurements”. Lame

We just had flooring laid in our kitchen yesterday. The sales ladies in the Edina store are fantastic. We had a little communication glitch, but once we got past that, all was very good. The installer, Scott, was fantastic! He definitely knew what he was doing and was very courteous. I would definitely recommend getting flooring through them.

I just had carpet installed this morning. I wont even mention the problems prior to this. Just the damage DURING INSTALLATION. They must have rubbed the carpet against my leather sectional, because the back is so scratched up its frayed in areas. My $8K sectional that's a year old. We saved for that for so long! I can't believe it. He also didn't wear shoe covers. Its raining today and mud/ dirt is tracked all over my house, including my off white persian rug in the living room. To top it off, my house smells like cigarette smoke. And my freshly painted walls are scuffed. Way more damage done than this stupid carpet is worth.

Staff is very nice and helpful. But they don't delive order on time. We were promised that it will be dilivered in 7-10 days but it has been three weeks and it hasn't been arrived yet. We also made sure they were in stock. So be careful and make sure item you are buying is in stock otherwise it could take months. I am very disappointed since it was time critical.Changing to 4 stars after they finally arrived, and staff made extra effort to make sure I could pick up same day.

The assistance we have received at the Edina store has been amazing! We have come to this store numerous times and have always been given lots of time and great help in choosing the right paint.that we needed at the time.
