Flooring Expo by Carpet King

Jim at Flooring Expo helped us tremendously by his knowledge of what flooring would look great and function well in our entertainment room. He provided solutions and the project was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend using Flooring Expo!

The installation team did a perfect job. We love our new flooring.

All went well but it would have been nice to have at least one reasonably-good English-speaking installer. One spoke not at all, the other only knew key words, i.e. hello, tape, check?. They couldn't understand my questions regarding the ice maker tubing, centering the refrigerator in its space, etc., without much motioning and pointing.

Outstanding service all around.

Jim was very helpful. Jafar did a great job on the install. Floors look really nice, I'm very happy with the job and the price.

I had a great experience working with Jim Nordby selecting flooring for my basement. Flooring expo had just the product I was looking for and a good selection of colors. The scheduling & installation went smoothly too. Installers showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were nice, professional, organized & very efficient but detailed. Very happy with the whole process.

We wanted to replace carpet in a room with a wood laminate flooring so we stopped into Flooring Expo in Woodbury. The sales consultant was very helpful and helped us find what we needed and wanted. I wanted to install it myself, so we ordered it and it was delivered to a local warehouse faster than expected and they loaded it into a trailer on my vehicle for me. Great product at a great price compared to what I found online and elsewhere!

I would highly recommend Flooring Expo by Carpet King for the installation of carpet. My brother and I have a rental property that needed the entire, large unit carpeted, and Flooring Expo offered by far the best price, compared to several other companies. They were punctual, professional, communicative and efficient - they finished the job in just a few hours. The carpets look beautiful and were expertly installed. This is an excellent company with a great team!

The installers did an amazing job. They were efficient, professional and their work looks excellent. They also did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Highly recommend!

Sales reps were friendly, helpful and always available when I had questions. I had to delay my install bc of a family emergency and they were very accommodating. The carpet installers did a great job.

The guys did a beautiful job of installing the carpet and cleaning up. I would recommend Flooring Expo by Carpet King to anyone looking for carpet. The salesman Jim was great and very nice. I love my new carpet…

Great experience from start to finish!! Highly recommend!

Great service from sales to installation.

Great service!

The installer did a good job. He spent a lot of time pulling up the old floor and scraping all the old glue down to a smooth surface which was great. The only thing that could have been better was the caulking around the shower. All in all, we are happy with our floor choice and the installation.

Great service and sales person was not pushy and easy to work with.

The entire experience with Flooring Expo has been wonderful. Jim was helpful the moment we walked in the doors to browse through the last payment. Jafar and his assistant did an excellent job installing. The floor looks beautiful. They were both so kind, very easy to work with, and professional.

This is our 2nd time calling on Jim, Don and their staff ... awesome service and great communication!

Great service end to end. Will definitely use Flooring Expo the next time I am in the market!

Very knowledgeable and excellent service

Very knowledgeable and excellent service

From selecting the carpeting, measuring for purchase and installation - everyone was professional, respectful and courteous. We definitely would use them again.

The carpet was as expected, and the carpet installers were wonderful! They were polite, the carpet was expertly laid, and they did a nice job cleaning it up.

Easy to work with and received exactly what I wanted

Great installation service.

Good, professional job.

I was so happy with every step of the process to replace some carpet in my home. From sales to installation they were helpful, friendly, and informative.

Good, professional job.

Sales people were knowlegeable. Rug arrived when promised. They helped load my car, too!

Great experience with Jim at the Woodbury, MN location. His team of installers were very professional and easy to work with. My husband and I ended up here after a horrible experience with another floor company. Unlike the other company, they listened to what we wanted, were transparent with pricing, actually knew the products they were selling and how they were installed, not condescending to myself who was managing this project on our home. We had all of our floors replaced in our home going from carpet in most of the home to engineered hardwood. We went from builder grade carpet to vastly better carpet and changed the vinyl flooring in the bathrooms. All transitions between the different floorings have been seamless. We did run into a couple issues that were resolved as soon as Jim was made aware. A piece of trim wasn't fully nailed in, and he sent someone out to fix right away. Other issue was vinyl flooring we ordered, vendor told them that it was delayed due to port issues and after two months told Jim that they didn't know if they ordered it for us. Jim was able to resolve issue as soon as he found out and we were able to get new flooring ordered and installed from a different vendor with in 2 weeks. Highly recommend working with this company if you want great work.

What a great experience. The salespeople are so knowledgeable which helped the decision making process. Our installers were great. Very personable and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable and meticulous with installation. We loved the result.

Love my carpet install!!! So fast! Such a great price!!!

Great service and product, highly recommend

Excellent service!! Jim at the Woodbury store put carpet in my dad’s house , he was great with suggestions and found exactly what we were looking for. Installation went very smoothly.

Flooring Expo by Carpet King carries shaw flooring products. The luxury vinyl we ordered for our basement is gorgeous. We received very good customer care service throughout the process and the installation crew worked very hard to get the install done in one day!

Floor Expo Woodbury sales staff and installers are top notch! Process was so easy and installers did a fantastic job! We love our new floor!

We did our entire house floors on 9/24. They assigned two crews for the job, hardwood first, carpet second. Both crews did an outstanding job—very clean, very respectful, and amazingly fast. If you are looking for a flooring project, go with this company; you won't regret it. We had several quotes from different companies, including HD. and we felt that the only company that actually knew what needed to be done was FlorringExpo. From sales to installation, everything was great. I believe that you can do things cheaper, but here we got 0% APR for financing, so no issues there.

The process from start to finish was wonderful!

Our go-to for carpet installation! Don and Jim always work with us to get the best price they can offer. Recommendations have been great as far as carpet grade and installation quality has been good to great in several properties they've worked with us on. They have even re-stretched a carpet they'd installed for us after some damage occurred in the home. We are really pleased with Flooring Expo and their team in Woodbury!
