Jessica was a great help when finding carpet and very patient, as it took us many months before buying, waiting for the perfect sale. She called periodically letting us know of the sales they had going on. She even remembered us and the carpet we were looking at after not seeing us for 4 months. After we purchased the carpet she went out of her way to call and give me a rebate they had going on. Excellent customer service!! And I love our new carpet. I will definitely be going back!

Jessica was awesome. She beat our quote from Home Depot and sold us a better carpet and pad. The installers were efficient - we couldn’t be happier!

Went in and looked at samples before finishing the addition. Asked them to call me back with an estimate and they didn't have sample. They said they would call when sample arrived. Asked if they could install in 3 to 4 weeks. They said they would call when sample arrived then would look at installing date ..ok I understand.They never did call ... I went else where.I DON'T RECOMMEND CARPET KING .. after dealing with 2 of there stores and never got a call back from either.

I stopped in for prebound area rug for my living room. Jessica was very nice and explained that they are able to custom cut and make any rug size possible. She asked me my budget on this project and it was unattainable with carpet and binding. She suggested going to the Minneapolis warehouse to purchase a REM and bind that. I told her I had a deadline for a party this weekend. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great ideas for other local merchants. Great customer service and when I have future projects, I will definitely stop in there again!

Sheila the saleswoman is absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to find exactly what you are looking for. Great selection and installation, prices are VERY fair. Totally recommend you check this place out, you won't be disappointed.
