My installers were professional, couteous, and respectful. There were a couple issues that were quickly remedied on installation day. There were a couple issues found afterwards that were quickly and efficiently resolved. So pleased with the high level of customer service with this project. Will definitely use them again. This was my second job from them.

I attempted to use them twice for different projects. The first project was to replace the carpet on the stairs in my home. I went into the store originally to talk to someone directly and had a decent experience. He had me take home some carpet samples and said they would pick them up when they came out to do measurements. So I left my information with him so that the person doing the measurements could get ahold of me to schedule something. I never received any calls and no one ever came out to take measurements. After a few weeks, I finally had some time before they closed to bring back the carpet samples. Fast forward around six months later, I decided to replace the carpet in the upstairs bedrooms, I filled out their online form this time around and someone called/text with me to get a date/time set up to come out and discuss options. They ran into some issues (flat tire) so we rescheduled our appointment for a different day. After they came out, I was not impressed with both the options they had, or their professionalism towards what I wanted done. During the walk-through he immediately pointed out a spot they weren't going to replace since it would be too much labor (the small section under the washer/dryer). He gave me a rough estimate for three different options, all of which were higher than another company that I had come out (who did include under the washer/dryer) and then he was going to email me a full quote the next day. Never received that final quote. Probably a decent company based on the reviews I did look at prior to attempting to go with them, but after my two experiences I will be going elsewhere for any future flooring needs.

Great customer services and pricing. We found out last minute our floor was back ordered two months but our sales guy Josh made some calls and got it expedited from Texas and they covered half the extra shipping cost. I shopped around a lot and am so happy I went with Flooring Expo, their customer service is A+.

But no one called me until I started calling and asking what was going on. I got time delayed time windows (after having to ask what was going on) and the last window began at 5:30 pm. I waited all day, watching for them to arrive with no furniture as I had moved it into the garage. I said 5:30 was too late to install, on a job that I was told would be a full day. I slept on the floor, which was easier than moving my bed back into the house and then back out to the garage. So they came the next day. After I complained, Jim contacted 2 people. One really didnt care about the delay and the other never called back.

WOW #2 - Eric laid a beautiful marble tile by Dixie Home in our bathroom. He did a perfect job and left it clean as a whistle -- he is a true artist!

I have been working with Flooring Expo extensively over the last couple months, as we just moved in to a new home and completely updated all the floors. We purchased carpet and luxury vinyl plank flooring from them, and we are so happy with how it turned out! Don at the store was such a great help answering our questions, helping us select our dream floor design and giving us an awesome deal. We had our carpet installed by their crew, and they did a great job. There was one minor flaw that I noticed after the install, and they sent another technician out quickly to correct it. We are so happy with our floors.

After spending more than $8000 with Flooring Expo, to add new flooring to two sections of our home, we realized when the cold weather set in, that the flooring we were sold for our 3 season porch section, was only warranted to 50 degrees F. This was despite having clearly stated when we were choosing flooring that the floor for our 3 season porch would need to withstand all temps and possibly wet conditions. After seeing our floor warp, buckle, and seperate as the weather got colder, we asked why we were sold flooring that would not withstand our winter cold temps. After much discussion and emails over several months, we were advised that we should have read the outside of the box, before having our contractor install. It is now up to us to remove, and replace with a suitable new floor. All expenses to be on our own account. I am sorry, but this is not acceptable.

All the guys were great. Don and Josh were extremely helpful. The installer did any excellent job. There was no damage to our trim. My only suggestion is that they need better pad options. They need to check in with their competitors.

Don got us a great deal on 1000+ sq ft of carpet for our new home! Got it installed next day, and even ran to the Maplewood location to get us extra samples to see! Installers were professional and got it done in half the expected time! Couldn't be happier!

Josh was fantastic. He went above and beyond trying to get us the floor we wanted at a price we could afford. Would go there again in a second.

We love our CoreTech floor especially after water got into our basement. After wiping & drying the planks, we could reuse the material! It was not damaged & the tech from flooring Expo was able to re-lay it for a nominal cost! We are return customers!!

I partnered with the Flooring Expo Team to install new carpeting and wood floors in our new home. They surpassed our expectations in every area: 1. I just had vinyl plank flooring installed in my home. The sales staff was very helpful and attentive to my concerns. I was in a bit of a time crunch to have this done, and they worked with me. Don in the office, the estimator, and the installers were wonderful to work with. David accommodated me by getting Steve to come so the work could be done in one day instead of two. They were both very pleasant, conscientious and capable. They did an AWESOME job, and completed the install in one day! I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Flooring Expo in Woodbury for your flooring needs!

Flooring installed by Flooring Expo finally completed after a 5-week nightmare. This company made NOTHING easy. Now my husband and I must clean downstairs before moving our furniture and things back. Dust and dirt from the process is everywhere. We were "promised" it would be left in move-in ready condition. Just icing on the cake. Warning: SPEND your money elsewhere.
