My wife and I recently purchased a home and decided the 25-year-old carpet in our LR and BR's and dark laminate flooring in the kitchen needed to be replaced. We had used Flooring Expo for other projects in the house and due to their excellent customer service and products, it was an easy decision to go back to them. We wanted vinyl plank flooring and Jim provided good options with color, style, and price point and we made a decision that more than met our needs. Product was ordered and arrived sooner than expected, scheduling was easy and quick. The installers were professional and very thorough in removing the old flooring and laying down the new - when questions arose about replacement trim for interesting nooks within our home, they offered good solutions. In the end, we're extremely happy with the vinyl flooring we picked and the process of installation. Our "90's" home is beautiful and now updated with a modern feel and more functional with our dogs. Very happy and highly recommend working with Flooring Expo!

Had an okay install of $11k in flooring, needed a couple returns to fix things.A year or so later we damaged the stair nose and ordered a replacement and transition piece. For $222 what we got is scratched the entire length, not the same product, 2” wide instead of 2 3/4 and they refuse to refund. Staff kept saying it is a special order and if you don’t like the color I can’t fix that. I never said I don’t like the color it is damaged and not the same size as what was originally installed. Seems for customer satisfaction on a job of that size they should take it back. My daughter just bought a house and is replacing all floors. I will definitely tell her to go elsewhere

The installation guys worked hard from 9am to 8pm to get the job done in one day! They were gentle on furniture while moving things around, which we really appreciated. The new carpet is beautiful and comfortable. We highly recommend Flooring Expo Woodbury for your flooring project!

Flooring Expo did a great job on my floors, but an incomplete job on my stairs. Called several times, but they never got any to come out to my home to fix the carpet. I think they cut the carpet too short. I'll keep trying to get service.
