Horrible Customer Service, the floor was measured incorrectly. They ordered stair treads which I did not. I am still waiting for a response 2 weeks later.

The in-home sales service was great. They brought a large amount of samples so I could view all over the house. The install service was also exceptional. Removal, install, and furniture moving! It really great value.

Flooring Expo in Woodbury was outstanding in helping me pick out and arrange installation of my new carpet. Installation was very professional and there was no clean up for me afterwards.

Very professional company. Answered their phone or called me back the next day. Gave me the process they used to clean my 5' x7' wool rug. Because we had pets, I wanted it cleaned and also deodorized. It turned out great and no pet odors. Great job!!!

Great sales person. Worked with me when carpet was ready to install but my remodel ran behind. Matched lowest price I found for carpet I wanted. Only one minor problem: installers covered a vent. But when I called rep, installer called me back within minutes and job was completed promptly.

I will never recommend Carpet King to anyone! told me they would do something about a finance issue, never did. They don't follow thru on what they tell you. My recommendation, quit lying!!! Fix what you did so people that finance don't get ripped off!!!

We ordered vinyl flooring as well as carpeting for minimal areas. Jim at the Apple Valley location was very helpful in getting us quality materials for the budget we had. He was able to get our product and installation scheduled in the tight time frame we were looking for. The installers were polite, professional, and very hard working! We will definitely be using them again!

I can’t begin to thank the sales staff and installers enough for the beautiful work they did and the gorgeous new carpet installed in my new home! The sales staff was tremendous in getting my carpet deliver expedited, and the installers were very professional and accommodating my space/time as I work from home. I STRONGLY recommend Carpet King as my entire experience was exemplary.....and with new construction that was a most welcome change!! My experience was great working with Toni at the Roseville store! She made sure everything was taken care of for me! I will definitely go back to her in the future!! She sent the best team of artisans to put the wood floor in! Ask for Pavel’s team! They all did excellent work and went the extra mile: they had to take my accordion-style closet doors off to put in the floor. When they put them back on, they slide better than they ever did!!! I even suspect someone adjusted my hanging blinds! They REALLY care about the quality of their work!! Thank you all!
