Don was an absolut pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful with choosing our new Kitchen floor. I highly recommend Flooring Expo and ask for Don.

The carpet (already installed) we originally chose was defected. When we discovered it and brought it to their attention, they were able to work with the manufacture to replace it at no cost to us in a very reasonable amount of time.

Excellent work by a prompt, polite, careful and thorough team. Used "booties" so as not to dirty our white carpets and made sure to keep everything around the windows dry as they wiped and cleaned the glass. And the price was VERY reasonable.

Very professional company. Answered their phone or called me back the next day. Gave me the process they used to clean my 5' x7' wool rug. Because we had pets, I wanted it cleaned and also deodorized. It turned out great and no pet odors. Great job!!!

I ordered carpet for my livingroom and back craft room. Both rooms had stairs. The crew that installed were very kind and curtious. The job was done very professionally and they did all the cleanup. They also moved all the heavy furniture for me at no additional expense. The follow up and customer service was excellent. I am very satisfied with the work that they did and would recommend Carpet King to all my friends.

Horrible Customer Service, the floor was measured incorrectly. They ordered stair treads which I did not. I am still waiting for a response 2 weeks later.

The in-home sales service was great. They brought a large amount of samples so I could view all over the house. The install service was also exceptional. Removal, install, and furniture moving! It really great value.

Great sales person. Worked with me when carpet was ready to install but my remodel ran behind. Matched lowest price I found for carpet I wanted. Only one minor problem: installers covered a vent. But when I called rep, installer called me back within minutes and job was completed promptly.

I will never recommend Carpet King to anyone! told me they would do something about a finance issue, never did. They don't follow thru on what they tell you. My recommendation, quit lying!!! Fix what you did so people that finance don't get ripped off!!!
